Das Einzelzimmer war zweckmässig, hatte alles was ein Hotelzimmer braucht, Toilette mit Regenbrause, usw. super war das Frühstück und wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt, ohne Nachfragen, sehr gut. Die Lage um Earls Coart ist gut, Gepäckservice klappt auch sehr gut, ich würde das Hotel Oliver Plaza auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Once I checked into the room, I found hair on the bed and as a very clean person I felt very bad went down to the reception to talk with the lady and she first told me that the housekeeping is not around. Therefore, there’s nothing they can do but I insisted because I felt very uncomfortable couldn’t even lay on the bed. She then came to the room to try it and change the sheets her self. What made me even more uncomfortable is that when she was trying to change the sheets she took the blanket and was trying to put it on the floor for her to have more space to change the sheet. I was shocked! And I quickly told her no don’t do that! The floor was filthy looked like a carpet that hasn’t been changed in ages, wet from the dirty shoes from outside. And that’s where she wanted to put the blanket that I was supposed to use for the next four nights like I said I was shocked! This showed me how dirty they are, and that they don’t care about their guests hygiene. While booking the room I picked a double bedroom, and they give me a single bed. I tried to complain about that as well, but she told me that I was wrong while I wasn’t. And again the room was 1 m² there was barely space to put your luggage. I couldn’t breathe properly. I am very traumatized from my experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. I have a picture of the hair on the bed that I would really love to share for people to see what they are doing there.

The staff was extremely nice and always eager to help. The bathroom was newly renovated (rainshower, underfloor heating), the room it self was small, but for one person and a short stay it was more than enough

Close to the transports and a supermarket. Especially that two undergrounds stop there. The district in general is pretty. Personal was friendly, the breakfast was good and the room even though it was small, looked modern and clean. I can definitly recommend this hotel

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und trotzdem sehr zentral nahe der U-Bahn Station. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber renoviert und sehr sauber. Fenster sind nicht öffenbar, es gibt eine automatische Belüftung und eine Klimaanlage. Für London ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Normalerweise war die Unterkunft in Ordnung, aber wir haben 2 Nächste gefroren und zwar heftig. Der Fussboden war selbst nach der Meldung nicht richtig geputzt. Ich hatte um 2 weitere Bettdecken gebeten, nichts, das gibt richtig abzug. Aber sonst ok, auch Frühstück und das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr nett.

Das Zimmer war, wie in London vielfach üblich, sehr, sehr klein. Wenige Ablageflächen, dazu sehr schmal. Bei uns wäre das Zimmer eine Diele gewesen, in London ist es ein Zimmer. Aber: Es war alles da, modernes und sauberes Bad mit Dusche, Wandschrank mit Safe, Flachbildschirm, Kocher für Kaffee. Der Empfang war superfreundlich, sehr hilfsbereit. Moderner Frühstücksraum. Insgesamt moderne Einrichtung, in der Nähe Earl's Court Tube Station. Abgesehen von der Größe des Zimmers für den Preis empfehlenswert.

Der einzige Nachteil sind die sehr kleinen Zimmer. Alles andere ist super: Einrichtung/Bad neu und sehr sauber, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Lage optimal, U-Bahn Station in unmittelbarer Nähe. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub!

ruhige Lage und doch nah zum Earls Court, angenehme Nachbarschaft, schöne, typisch englische Häuser zuvorkommendes Personal, bequeme Betten, Sauberkeit sehr gut ! leider kleine Fenster im Zimmer, so daß schöner Ausblick auf Strasse nicht genossen werden kann. insgesamt haben Standard, Freundlichkeit des Personals und Gegend voll und ganz unseren Wünschen entsprochen, gern wieder!

Die Lage ist gut, mit der Piccadilly line kommt man direkt vom Flughafen zum Hotel und von dort kann man gleich weiter ins Zentrum oder auf die District line. Würde beim nächsten Londonaufenthalt wieder dasselbe Hotel buchen. Preis, Leistung top.

Wonderful holiday
Location Location Location. If you think Location is the most important thing when you travel. This hotel is the one for you. Just take piccadilly line from heathrow to earl court station and 5 minutes walk to hotel. It is surrounded with many kind places to eat and grocery stores. You can reach tourist spots easily. Only the room is so small but it doesn’t bother me much, because it is london. And the breakfast lacks of variation but overall it’s worth the price

Stylisches Design Hotel
Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das kontinental Frühstück sehr gut und die Zimmer klein aber sehr stylisch und gemütlich. Das Hotel wurde komplett vor ein paar Jahren umgebaut und in ein sehr hochwertiges Disigner Hotel verwandelt. Preis Leistung ist hier absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage ist Top und man kann unbedenklich nachts alleine durch die Gassen gehen. In der Gegend gibt es kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte die U Bahn ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Ich kann das Hotel meinen besten Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.

Well-located property in that it is close to Earl's Court Station. I knew the room would be small, but it is tiny. Nowhere to sit, nowhere to store suitcases. Room & bathroom were clean. Got stuck in the elevator on multiple rides up, even once with a staff member with me (who came to assess problem in the room). To my knowledge, elevator didn't get fixed. There are mini-splits in the room but ours did not work properly and the room was overly warm, at all hours. Asked for assistance multiple times and from multiple staff -- long story short, it was never fixed. We left early on the third day b/c we couldn't bear another hot minute in that tiny, stuffy room. Staff was nice but clearly not empowered to resolve issues as I was told multiple times I would have to speak to the manager to resolve my issue or question, who oddly, was never available to talk to when I requested to do so. Upon checking out early, I asked the front desk staffer if it was usual to have issues and not have the availability to talk to a manager and he simply replied "yes". At least he was honest...

Wonderful! Cozy clean room. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. I will definitely stay here again, but I will request a regular size window next time.

Ali at the front desk is an absolute gem! He was helpful and patient and did everything he could to get me a room and out of a horrid room at a different hotel closeby. He deserves a raise!

The hotel was clean and had modern conveniences. We loved the heated bathroom floor! Our room was very small. We literally could not unpack our suitcases unless we laid them on the bed. Luckily we were very rarely in the room. We were extremely close to the Earl's Court underground station. We used it constantly and were able to get anywhere in the city.
