We chose this hotel, because it’s located close to the airport and not too expensive. Quality and price fit together. We were happy about the little shop at the entrance and we also enjoyed the restaurant. Full British and continental breakfast was delicious. The menu for dinner was not cheap but okay. The connection to the airport and the city of London with public transportation was good. We’ve booked a room for three and had enough space. We stayed there for 5 days and I‘m almost sure that we will choose this hotel again for our next trip to London.

Die Unterkunft ist für einen kurzen Städtetrip sehr gut gewesen. Die Nähe zum Flughafen erleichterte die An-und Abreise. Jedoch waren die Standards und auch die Sauberkeit sowie die Ausstattung absolut nicht gemäß denen eines 4-Sterne Hotels.

The hotel is a 7mins drive from Heathrow T2 and that's why I chose it. They told me at the reception that I had booked a room for disabled people - which I hadn't, so the sink in the bathroom was low and that wasn't so comfortable. Cannot say much more as we only stayed fro six hours in the night.

Grundsätzlich ist es ein vernünftiges Businesshotel mit akzeptabler ÖPNV Anbindung zum Flughafen. Abzüge gab es für die Wartezeit beim Einchecken und die vollkommen unflexiblen Kopfkissen. Sehr positiv möchte ich hervorheben, dass ich beim Einchecken einen ausgedruckten Fahrtplan für den öffentlichen Bus erhalten habe.

Schönes, großes und modernes Zimmer. Vorteil: Fenster lässt sich öffnen, so dass man nicht auf Klimaanlage angewiesen ist. Öffentliche Bushaltestelle Sipson Way nah am Hotel auf derselben Straßenseite - von der Central Bus Station am Terminal 2 / 3 aus zu erreichen mit mehreren Buslinien (105, 111, 278, 285), zurück zum Terminal mit Buslinie U3. Nachteil: keine Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer. Nach draußen gut schallisoliert, nach innen weniger.

Really close to the airport, yet no noise :)
This hotel is just half a mile from the airport. Sadly there is no way to get there on foot. Your best best might be to head over to the Central Bus Station and use a U3, 285, or 278 bus. It will take you less than 10 minutes to get to the hotel. While I stayed here many years ago, this hotel has seen major upgraded and offers truly comfortable and nice rooms. While an airport hotel is kind of the last (or first) think you see of a country and you often only stay a night, this one made me smile. Great staff and a good room, what more could I ask for?!

Was an excellent landing spot as I arrived from the US headed to Africa. Comfortable and clean. I was able to order room service and utilize the front desk in organizing a taxi. There is a shuttle but it takes time!

The hotel was average but the gentleman at the reception desk who checked us in was exceptional. We had a problem with our rental car return which took about an hour to clear up and he helped us through the difficulty very patiently and kindly. I failed to get his name, which i regret, because he went above and beyond the call to help us. The hotel itself was average, but we booked it because of its convenience to Heathrow Airport.

The customer service was great and the room was very nice and has nice amenities. The bed was comfortable. The location has nice transportation options to the airport like hotel link or public busses. The restaurant options are limited to certain hours and There is no early check in without a charge. There is luggage storage in case you want to go to the city. I had stay here several times and I will be back. It feels like a boutique hotel at reasonable price.
