Good evening Melanie,I hope you are well and thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback regarding your stay at ibis Styles Southwark.I am sorry to hear that you had some issues with our A/C system and some other bits. I have requested our maintenance team and HSK team to check again the room as they do before new guests come in. I am not sure if you told the team during your stay as we always send maintenance and HSK straight away if guests tell reception. We also provide portable heaters if our maintenance team already left and we cannot send them. Apologies about this inconvenience. I am glad that you could enjoyed your stay and you find the location great to explore London. I really hope you give us a second opportunity in the future to amend this stay.
