Ich war persönlich enttäuscht. Mit dem Namen Hilton verbinde ich nicht nur super Service und Personal sondern auch eine tolle Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Leider muss ich aber beim Hilton Wembley mitteilen, dass das Hotel bereits eine Renovierung nötig hat. Die Stühle und Sesseln sind zum Teil ausgenutzt und verschmutzt genauso wie die Teppiche iim Flur und Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ließ zu Wünschen übrig (schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht abgeholt, Wasser nicht nachgebracht, Minibar fehlte komplett, im Bad roch es nach Urin und die Zimmer wurden teilweise erst gegen 17 Uhr gereinigt). Das Schwimmbad wird in Kooperation mit einem externen Betreiber geteilt, ist okay, nur hätte ich es gerne vor meiner Buchung gewusst, dann kann ich entscheiden, ob ich das Objekt buchen möchte oder nicht. Hier finde ich, dass das Schwimmbecken einfach zu klein ist für die Anzahl von Gästen und es ist schwierig, wenn die Sauna im selben Bereich wie das Schimmbad ist - es gibt leider Gäste, die mit den verschwitzten Badesachen ohne zu duschen in das Becken springen (unhygienisch, einfach!) - Es gibt leider nur vier Liegestühle, also ein bisschen entspannen, kaum möglich. Fitnessbereich ist in Ordnung und sauber und da war auch nicht so viel los. Frühstück super lecker und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkte Verkehrsanbindung und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider war das Hotelzimmer schon sehr abgewohnt und es befand sich Schimmel an den Wänden in der Nähe des Fensters. Die Klimaanlage lief die ganze Zeit, verbreitete aber keine angenehmen Gerüche. Das Bad war auch nicht an jeder Stelle sauber und das Bettlaken war ebenfalls schmutzig.

Ein modernes Hotel mit geräumigen Familienzimmern und komfortablen Betten. Der Service im Frühstücksbereich war sehr freundlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeit und sehr gute Anbindung an die Londoner Underground. Leider war die Sky-Bar an mehreren Tagen geschlossen. Die Tische in der Bar hätten besser gereinigt werden können. Sie waren wenig einladend.

Check in was very good. Everything was explained by a nice friendly man. Hotel quite modern and well presented. Room was very good, bathroom super clean. Breakfast had a good choice and was warm.
