Es hat alles gepasst und ich kann nur Kleinigkeiten anmerken die mich aber im Urlaub nicht gestört haben. Es gibt im Bad keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen, eine Steckdose für den Haartrockner sucht man im Bad auch vergeblich. Ansonsten sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, und völlig problemloses Umgehen mit Wünschen oder Fragen.

Location of Hotel was great and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast had everything you need (only the coffee was not really barista style). The AC was too loud and you cannot control the temperature and not even open the windows more then a few cm. The carpets in the room and hall seemed old.( better no carpets at all, less dust & sticky air ) There were a lot of ants in our bathroom and even on the TV and we reported it to the staff twice but apparently it seems that they have been there for years.

Wir stellten um 13:45 dort nur unsere Koffer ab, da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war (dies war okay, da die Check in Zeit erst ab 15 Uhr begann) und machten uns auf den Weg in die Stadt. Bei unserer Rückkehr um 23:30 bekamen wir ein „Upgrade“ in eine Duplex—Suite. In dieser war die Klimaanlage defekt, das Zimmer war trotz moderater Außentemperaturen unerträglich warm und die Klimaanlage machte auch im ausgeschalteten Zustand immer wieder brummende Geräusche, welche uns mehrfach aufweckten. Die Fenster waren ursprünglich einmal mit doppelten Fenstern verglast, so das man von der unmittelbaren Lage an der Hauptstraße wohl nichts mitbekommen hätte, bei uns fehlte der Großteil der inneren Fenster jedoch, so das die Straße sehr laut zu hören war und den Schlaf zusätzlich störte. Unser Fazit: Die Zimmer sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig und zur Zeit den Preis nicht wert.

Die an der Reception meinten es sei nur Zimmer mit einem Bett gebucht bei Ihnen wir bekamen dann ein Appartemenr das ganz gut war…. Es hat uns gut gefallen. The property is conveniently located to the South Kensington museums and Imperial College London. The Gloucester Road Underground Station is very convenient. These are all positives. A couple of areas of disappointment with the hotel related to the air conditioning and the check-in process. Despite notifying the property of problems with the air conditioning in our room, it was never fully resolved. The room temperature exceeded 27 degrees Celsius even though the outside air temperature was near 16. The windows do not open. The air would run for a few minutes, never get to the desired room temperature, and then would shut off. We were never able to overcome this pattern, even after maintenance supposedly checked the thermostat. With respect to check-in, the check-in time is 3 p.m. and not a minute before. For those of us that arrive on red-eye flights, not being able to get into a room an hour or two early is a bit frustrating. The hotel lobby was full of groups of very tired people waiting to get into rooms. At 2:55 p.m., we were told the rooms were not ready and then magically at 3 p.m., they were all ready. I've stayed in many hotels across London and never had a problem getting into a room an hour or two early. For those of us traveling into London on red-eye flights, this is important. I am unlikely to book this hotel again for this reason alone.

The location of the hotel is great but unfortunately during our stay the tube lines to this hotel was out of order. The staff is really nice and helpfull but in weekends the buffet breakfast was way too crouwded. 1 minus: inside the hotel it is super hot and it is not possible to open any windows in the hotel rooms

We stayed in room 428 and next to us was a private store room. We were rudely waken up at 6am by staff taking something and being very noisy. It sounded like the cleaning trolleys for staff to clean rooms. We could not get back to sleep and I must say it ruined our stay. We came to London to see a show and ended up not getting much sleep. I mentioned it to the receptionist when checking out Saturday morning she was not helpful at all. Her response was speak to Expedia, who we made the booking with.

Some birthday trip to london
Disappointed we had to leave a £150 deposit as well as the cost of the room. Room was small with limited facilities. WiFi poor. Door difficult to open. Shower loose and an adjoining to door to the next room. No fridge. No water on arrival. Limited choice for breakfast although it was tasty. Location great.

Bem localizado, quarto confortável, café da manhã regular (por vezes o ambiente sujo e desarrumado, máquina de café regular quebrou algumas vezes, poucas opções e sempre a mesma comida). Área do jardim atrás com mesas os aquecedores e luzes só um funcionou raramente e ao pedir para corrigir não resolviam. Luzes no quarto queimadas que não ajeitaram ao pedir, janela do quarto não impede frio e barulho, banheiro sem piso aquecido sem aquecedor e sem aquecedor de toalhas.
