The Staff was really nice and we appreciated the free parking. The Hotel is located right next to a very busy road so it‘s probably quiet loud if your room is facing the street. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay at Bridge Hotel.

Alles in allem war es eine gute Unterkunft. Hier und da vielleicht etwas zu renovieren, aber es waren auch arbeiten in Gänge, als wir dort waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist nicht der Hammer, aber man fährt auch eher in die Stadt um etwas zu sehen. Danke für die Tage Aufenthalt, es war sehr schön!

Sehr charmantes kleines Hotel in Greenford. Das Stadtzentrum ist trotz der Lage etwas außerhalb (Zone 4) mit der Central Line gut innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen und zum Flughafen Heathrow fahren sogar Direktbusse. Das Hotelpersonal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück und auch die vegetarischen Gerichte im Pub haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit im Bridge Hotel und würden es in jeder Hinsicht weiterempfehlen.

Positive: easy to find, parking on the grounds, not far from the Tube, bus stop around the corner, clean room and bath, bed fully OK, WiFi works, good breakfast. -- Not so positive: neighbour rooms can be overheard quite well, "beer garden" at a busy road.

Gutes Hotel für wenig Geld
Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Bridge Hotel. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber mit der U-Bahn ist man in 20 min in der City. Für Londoner Verhältnisse ist das Hotel sehr preiswert, trotzdem sehr gemütlich und sauber. Typisch englische Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir für den Preis ganz ordentlich.

We are a regular of this hotel. it's usually perfect. This time in the room we were in, there were stains on the curtains, and so many moths flying about! stains on the arm chairs. the bathroom wasn't clean at all. a towel was thrown weirdly. I was gonna sit on the bed, i moved the pillow and there were dead moths under it! we felt disgusted. We went to tell the lovely lovely receptionist who apologised, got us a better room and even offered us a token of appreciation and made our night really. God bless him! ps. - a year or two ago, i had called up to ask for vacancies and this rude english woman was just, so rude. very rude and condescending on the phone. The male receptionists have always been lovely.

Hotel going through a makeover. Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with spruce up. Carpets could benefit from a clean. Having said that staff were very helpful and couldnt be faulted. Would we stay there again... yes its reaonably priced and not far from Ovo and wembley

Very basic hotel. Bare minimum cleaning in rooms. The tub was slippery. The rooms get very hot and there was no AC so I left the window open and heard the traffic and got second hand smoke from smokers.

Fantastic staff! restaurant/Pub in the hotel. onsite free parking. The train station is 15 minute walk and 55 minute ride to London/Westminster. Beds were comfy, rooms were nice. My only complaint would be there is not many power outlets/ charging options. Not sure what they could do other than provide power strips. HOwever, we were able to make due and charge what needed charging by swapping things out. Would still stay here again

Breckfast was rubbish, they had small choice of breakfast. The restaurant wasn't clean as it should be. i wanted to have some sausages but i found some hairs on it.

It is unfortunate that you did not bring them to our attention at the time so as we could have rectified the issue. The breakfast is a standard English cooked breakfast consisting of 6 hot items, cereals, porridge, yogurts, fruits, pastries, toast, fruit juices and tea/coffee which is consistent with a 3 star property .Ref the cleanliness and the situation ref the sausages, I can assure you that we maintain high standards of cleanliness and are monitored and checked via a 3rd party company and I can only apologise for any lapse that occurred and assure you we take all points serious and will deal with as necessary.

First time here definitely will be the last. Rooms need updating, no menu ‘s to see whats available in the restaurant, had to walk down to bar to order something to eat after arriving after waiting 30mins to be brought with wrong food to what we actually ordered .No where to say breakfast timings. Breakfast was paid for with room price . We called 3times in the morning since 0830 to ask for breakfast times no pick up from reception. Walked down at 1005 to be told breakfast closes at 10am( not very long for hotel in London)only to look around at restaurant to see about 6 people eating so restaurant so I wasn’t even busy. Lack a lot of attention to detail.

If I can clarify some of the points please - The menu available in the bar is both at reception, on the wall in the lift lobby and available at the bar. There are two signs up in reception with the Food & Beverage operational times and also the breakfast times are on your key card that you would have received on check in. I am truly sorry about any issues that occurred and can assure you this is not our normal service standards and I sincerely hope you will give us the opportunity to show you the true Bridge Hotel

The Central Line Underground is within 10 minutes of the hotel and the Number 95 bus to Shepherds Bush leaves from next to the hotel, along with the 92 to wembley which goes from opposite the hotel. I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused

Great hotel for family with kids. Friendly staff and great parking facilities. For a London hotel, this was very fair value vs the the room sizes etc. Limited choice for breakfast but still sufficient

The hotel feels like it was recently refurbished and the room was really clean. The staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast, a normal basic buffet, was good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel which makes it easy to get around and the underground isn't more than a 10 min walk away. I had a show at Wembley and it was cheaper staying here than around that area but I have no regrets. Overall, it was a good choice and if I ever have business in the area I will definitely be staying here again.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have emergency back up but this only lasts for a few hours and the outage was an area wide outage and lasted 10 hours and I can only apologise. Ref the rooms, the new owners of the hotel are currently investing in the property and improving the standards and I thank you for your feedback.
