Tolles kleines Hotel. War mit meiner Tochter dort. Super Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Frühstück ist nicht bombastisch, aber es ist alles da und ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Es wäre schön, wenn es im Badezimmer auch eine Steckdose für den Fön geben würde. Aber im Zimmer gibt es genug. An den Steckdosen am Bett gibt es auch USB-Hubs. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Empfehlenswert.

on arrival i found cigarette butt ends in the draws , i did tell the lady on reception but she did nothing about it apart from " i will let house keeping know" so not very helpfull or professional, she seemed to be too busy on her mobile to want to help.

On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that... Thank you for what you were able to help us with. A courtesy watter bottle would be great next time...

This is my first time to stay here. The staff is nice, and I added £7 for breakfast, it does not have too much choice. Room is clean with a mini bar corner, no freezer to store the drink.

We stayed here because it's right across the street from the Northfields Tube station which is about a 20 minute Tube ride from Heathrow Airport. It's not a luxury hotel or one with a lot of character, but it was comfortable and Patrick, at the front desk, was wonderfully helpful. We were undisturbed by trains running on the tracks just below our room--some noise, but not a problem for us.

Very Clean Room.
This was an emergency stay as I didn't have any heating in my flat. The ground floor room was very warm. Shower was amazing and hot. The TV didn't have reception of all Freeview channels but it had a clear picture. I would stay again as everything was so clean. Sandeep at reception was super helpful too.

Huge value for the price you pay in the London area! The only reason they can't charge more because they are near Heathrow Airport but it is directly right across from the Northfields tube station. Easily get to Hammersmith & Westfield Mall for huge amount of shopping. The entire hotel was gutted and remodeled recently. The walls between rooms were superbly soundproofed, barely heard anyone. The hot water shower was amazing, never lacking. The Wifi was flawless - I really did luck out finding this place and taking a gamble. Lastly, the front desk was very friendly and always did his best to accomodate.

The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a bit ran down, and my room was missing a tea kettle. I also got put in an accessible room despite booking one that is specifically not. The room was a bit odd as result—particularly the bathroom and I had a negative experience with it. I also found that the blowdryer which was hidden in a drawer in the desk didn't have anyone to plug that's by a mirror, so that made things extra difficult. The bed itself was ok but a bit firm and the sheets had an odd feel, but were clean. The room was larger than expected. However, there was a lot of noise. Lots of banging, drilling, and sound from the train track. Fire alarm went off one night at 5am. If it weren't for the helpful staff, I'd completely hate it, but they were friendly and professional. The hotel is quite far out, but at least is right by a tube station.
