Die Lässigkeit eines italienischen Grandhotels direkt in Kensington. Hyde-Park gegenüber. 5 min. zur Tube (Kensington High Street). Sehr, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, geräumiges aber sehr dunkles und miserabel ausgeleuchtetes Zimmer, deswegen keine volle Punktzahl. Aber ausgesprochen offen für Feedback.

Das Hotel liegt ideal zum Besuch eines Konzerts in der Royal Albert Hall, hat aber seine "fünf" Sterne nur knapp verdient. Hat aber italienisches Flair und gute Zimmer.

We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

Really disappointed. Room condition (especially bathroom) was poor - bath not draining, tiles hanging off wall, needs a redecorate. The breakfast was nice but we were sat amongst a sea of uncleared tables. The hotel is definitely only an equivalent of a 4 star - there are better in London for equal money. I would not stay here again or recommend it. Overpriced for the service.

Well positioned property,money needs to be spent to justify the rates .. Internet is weak especially in the bedrooms, Televisions are too small, with very poor channel selections ..Needs USB ports in bedrooms The are rooms are spacious but needs updated .. Breakfast was very good . And the people who work at the hotel are very nice. Money needs to spent to justify the overall experience.. I would not stay here again , unless i hear that improvements have been made

Super freindly confortable nice hotel. We had one issue with the room which was resolved sympathetically. The hotel went beyond though on departure when they sorted out a taxi issue for us.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was totally five-star. Miss Laura in particular. She deserves a raise. I love the experience. The people were very welcoming, warm and provided us with alternatives for places to go and dine where to go to visit. The staff was very welcoming and understanding. I will definitely revisit again.

There was no TV available during my stay at the property. Also, the internet was terrible. I had to use my personal hotspot connection but the connectivity was still bad. Staff is very nice especially from the restaurant. However, not planning to stay there again.

Good location, nice enough room with a comfy bed (although very soft with no lumbar support). Let down by the service which throughout the stay felt pretty meh. Worst example was at the restaurant for breakfast, we had to leave for the airport so asked if they could accommodate a relatively tight turnaround (40 minutes isn’t that tight but was trying to be safe), not only did we not receive any food (literally just ordered eggs and toast…) but when I asked after 30 minutes if we could just get it in a box to go, 10 minutes later still nothing. Left hungry and annoyed. Completely ridiculous and certainly not the standard for a hotel of this supposed to quality. Left a bad taste in my mouth (or rather no taste at all), and I won’t be returning to stay here again.
