Wir hatten für vier Nächte zu fünft das Familienzimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war super freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. U-Bahn und Bus sind in Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen mit schnellen Wegen zu Bus, Underground…Das Personal war immer äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber sehr sauber und für unsere 4 Nächte absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück hatten wir nicht vorab gebucht, durften es einmal kostenlos testen. Es war einfach aber sehr gut. Es gab beispielsweise Porrige, Ei, Toast, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Müsli usw. sowie Getränke. Ein super Start in den Tag! Preislich eine durchaus empfehlenswerte Alternative, die wir am Tag danach gerne noch einmal nutzten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Nice hotel in a typical old London building. Super clean and gorgeous friendly staff. Breakfirst is simple but really good and worth the prize. You can optionally take breakfirst every day so that you only pay when you really take it. Perfekt for a short London trip, rooms are small but cozy!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Das Zimmer mit 1 Doppelbett war eng. Das Frühstücksbüfett war reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das erste Frühstück war kostenlos, zum testen. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und jede Menge Restaurants. Zum Hayd Park nur ein paar Gehminuten. Paddington Station erreicht man in ca. 7 Gehminuten. Für hat alles gepasst. Wie kommen gerne wieder!

Super nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zur Fuß innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten erreichbar. Allerdings sind die Zimmer zur Straße ziemlich laut, die Fenster sind kaum schaldicht. Frühstück sehr karg, nur Toast, Butter, Marmelade und gekochte Eier. Man kann in den sehr netten Cafés in der Nähe viel besser essen.

The property is located in a very pleasant, safe area of London. Transport into central London via bus or tube is quick and easily accessible. The weather was good so I chose to walk into Soho and then, for my train home, St Pancras.

We stayed at the Athena for 8 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and comfortable, the front desk is staffed 24/7, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast onsite a couple of days. It was a good value and offered more options than you generally get for a Europeans breakfast. This hotel was priced very reasonably compared to others in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised about how nice it was. The location near Paddington station can’t be beat. It is quick to get to Heathrow and anywhere in the city. There are also a lot of restaurants, shops and pubs nearby. It is only a few minutes walk to the station or to Hyde Park. Our stay was wonderful!

Great property, clean and location is excellent for walking and transportation close to Paddington station. We had a twin room and it was Very very small which was a little hard for us since we travelled from CA and had a lot of luggage this was only first stop in our trip. Once luggage was in there was not much room to move but that’s London for you.. otherwise excellent !!

Hotel is great, we stayed with 2 kids and 3 adults in a bunkbed, twin, and double bed room. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We liked how close it was to Hyde park and Kensington Gardens. Check in was very smooth and the staff are all very friendly

Great location but incredibly noisy. People were talking and smoking outside my suite and the cigarette smoke came in. The room was facing the main road with traffic so there was noise all night. Would recommend to ask for a quiet suite if sensitive to noise.

We had a wonderful spring break. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Thank you! The location was perfect, easy access to the public transportation. You could find bus stops, subways, and Paddington Station nearby. Enjoy walking to the Kensington Gardens everyday. Love this place. Will be back again.

Easy walk to tube. Room was small but nice. Several resturants around. Most of the staff very cool. Maint staff found it nessasary to have a screaming match in the hallway.
