Hotel posizionato in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, personale molto gentile, la camera è un po' piccola e anche il bagno e molto piccolo ma pulito. La posizione è ottima e anche la zona è molto silenziosa.

A convenient hotel in Edinburgh. It was close to downtown and could easily see most of the city from the location. The amenities were in pretty good shape, and was overall clean. It worth noting that this hotel had a bit of a remote check in, (I didn't see any staff there for the two days I was there). The room was cleaned, but it would have been hard to seek assistance if I had any issues getting in or at the property. All the rooms required the use of a staircase as well. Overall, it was a reasonable hotel and a reasonable price and would stay there again if in Edinburgh

You get what you pay for. If you just need a a very basic clean place to sleep, this is your place. The staff was very friendly and helpful but this is just a very old place that is extremely basic with marginal quality throughout the property that I saw.

Located in a great area for travelling by tube around the city and by the railway network used to travel by. Room was used for sleeping (as about and about) so it gave us what we needed

Excellent location right next to the train station. The rooms were very clean with updated bathrooms. The size was as expected, and the relative norm for the area. The front desk was very pleasant despite us checking in near midnight. Our only issue was that the rooms had rather thin walls. We were woken up around 2am by our upstairs neighbors arriving to their rooms.

Good value for the excellent transit location across the street from Kings Cross, but the walls are paper thin so you hear guests in other rooms and on the street

My son was very happy Youtube worked on the tv! A nicely decorated clean room with nice touches including free apples and bottled water, would definitely recommend! Staff welcoming, polite and helpful too.

Good location to St Pancreas Station but walls are very thin and rooms are very close together. Lots of noise from other rooms and hard beds, meaning we were kept up most of the night.

Very run down hotel. Managed to get locked in my room due to a faulty Yale lock. Then once “rescued” by a member of staff (although could we have being anyone off the street by their appearance) had to move rooms because of a mysterious high pitched noise. The new room was pretty much under construction. Shower had two temperatures, freezing cold or boiling hot. I’ve had better experiences in a dentist chair. If I had the energy I’d demand a full refund. Do yourself a favour, don’t stay here!
