Unfortunately, the failure of an air conditioner is an incident that can happen unexpectedly. I understand that this is an unpleasant situation, however, these types of processes are rarely quickly resolved. As such, it was proposed to change rooms, before and after ascertaining the seriousness of the damage.

I am also pleased to read that you enjoyed our excellent breakfast served in our restaurant Bistrô4, with its lovely outside patio that holds a beautiful artwork of Portuguese painted tiles, and that you had a friendly service provided by our staff, who is very professional and dedicated to helping our guests have the best experience while with us. Regarding the room size, I would like to inform that we have 5 different categories with different sizes. Next time, I would advise you to please contact us in advance and we will be more than happy to help you choose the type that best suits your need. As for our rooftop terrace, with our bar Deck7, I am sorry to read that you didn´t find it inviting, It was decorated with sofas and sunbeds thinking on our clients comfort , and so that they can appreciate the sunny days that are so common in Lisbon. However, we are located by Avenida da Liberdade, a beautiful and lively area right in the city center and with many other beautiful buildings around.
