Eines der besten Hotels in denen wir bisher untergekommen sind! Das Hotel ist allgemein sehr modern. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und schlicht gehalten sodass man genügend Platz findet. Wir waren besonders von der Hygiene positiv überrascht- das Zimmer war bei Ankunft extrem sauber. Das Badezimmer war blitz blank und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes jeden Tag komplett gereinigt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hatte super Restaurant Tips. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip- von dort kann man alles gut erreichen. Geräusche von außerhalb des Hotels sind leicht wahrnehmbar aber nicht unangenehm. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Beste Lissaboner Sightseeing-Lage, das Frühstück ist hervorragend und eine Minibar-Leerung ist eine nette Zugabe. Die Lage ist nicht ruhig, aber das kann man im unmittelbaren, lebhaften Innenstadt-Trubel auch nicht erwarten - wir hatten nichts zu kritisieren.

The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is beautiful. We had a suite and enjoyed the extra space of the sitting room. The room and the hotel are modern, lovely and comfortable. The shower has a full door! We appreciate this, after other places with those ridiculous half-doors. The area is wonderful, right in the middle of the city, with stores, restaurants, and the arch right outside your door. We coud not be happier with this hotel and will stay there again.

This was easily the best hotel we have stayed at around the world for service. Everything else was top notch as well. Ricardo and Leonel helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. Their recommendations made our anniversary stay unbelievable and something we'll never forget. I truly am appreciative of their service. The food was excellent at the hotel and staff in the dining hall was outstanding. The location was amazing as you can walk right around the corner and be in the history of Lisbon automatically. We will return and not hesistate to book here again. All included deserve raises and accolades for their efforts. Loved this hotel.

We loved everything about this property! The location was ideal for walking around and exploring and the level of detail, quality and guest service was outstanding and definitely 5 Star! I love the location of the property, which is right at the center of the old town. There are a lot of tourists outside. However, the window insulation is excellent. Property is recently renovated. Room is decently sized. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic! Will stay there again if I travel to Libson next time.

O hotel é muito limpo, novo e silencioso a noite. A região é ótima para sair andando ou pegar ônibus na Praça do Comércio. O único inconveniente é que o hotel deixou de ofertar o café da manhã no local e como solução oferece o café num hotel próximo da rede (2 min de caminhada). É perto, mas em dia frio e com chuva isso não é nada agradável.

Gorgeous room, big bathroom, comfy bed, minimal street noise (considering there were street performers right outside every night, but they stopped early and were not a bother and could barely hear them with the windows closed). Great location for sight-seeing and for transit to the conference centre
