3rd time at the gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Limassol old Town. Must recommend it for short stays and close to everything including the marina and old port! Rooms are stunning.

Dear Mr. Mavrommatis,Thank you for your feedback.We are very sorry you had such an experience with your booking at our Hotel. We truly wish we could have done more for you, however, the situation was out of our hands.If you would allow me to explain, our hotel had been fully booked prior to the date of your reservation for the dates you had requested. We had advised all the agents collaborating with our Hotel as well as all our online systems well in advance. Due to an issue with the agents' system, they could not input our status as fully booked or our order for stop sales into their system which is why you were able to find a free room even though there was no room available.As soon as the Hotel realized what had happened, we contacted the agent explained the situation, found the problem in their system, and requested a relocation. As soon as an available Hotel was found we paid for the relocation reservation and informed the agent.The agent informed us that they would be contacting the guests to inform them of the updates and their relocation. As the reservation was done through an agent we were unable to contact you directly but all contact had to be done through the agent.We truly apologize for the inconvenience and we assure you that we work very hard to not have overbookings which is why our overbooking rate is lower than 1%. In this case, even though the overbooking was out of our hands, we still wish to apologize for the inconvenience caused.We hope that you will consider staying with us on your next trip and feel free to contact the hotel directly for any confirmation or extra information you may need.Once more, my team and I truly apologize and we wish to have you as our guest in the future to show you what true S Paul Hotel hospitality is all about.I remain at your disposal.Kind Regards,Natali MartiniGeneral Manager

Absolutely loved the spacious rooms, lovely interiors and a very hospitable, helpful lady at the reception. Will definitely recommend it for stays near the city centre and close to the sea front. Nice 2 cafes nearby to relax with a coffee or a drink.

The rooms were surprisingly large with very high ceilings, the staff were helpful and friendly and many amenities are within easy walking distance. Excellent property for a short stay in Limassol.

When you first enter the hotel you instantly feel the good vibes. The staff are utterly professional. Our check-in was delayed, but this was beyond the hotels control. From the moment of our arrival to us leaving the hotel management and staff more then made up for the slight inconvenience..fantastic customer service. Our room was spotless and extremely well presented. A very high standard of class and character. Definitely a hotel to visit again.
