Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, sie war mit die Beste auf unserer Gesamtzypernrundreise. Die Gastgeber hinterlegten den Schlüssel und im Apartment fand sich eine Liste mit Tips für die Umgebung, z.B. Parken 2min entfernt direkt vorm Supermarkt. Alles war sauber, der Garten eine kleine Idylle! Wirklich toll!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber, in eine ruhige Lage.. Das einzige Problem für uns waren die Busse die nach 19 Uhr nicht mehr fahren und der Weg den wir gefunden haben war abends ziemlich gruselig 🙈

Traumhafte, familiäre Unterkunft
Wir hatten das Studio Nr. 5 im 1. Stock mit kleiner eigener Terrasse, auf der man bei schönen Wetter sehr gut zu zweit frühstücken kann. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Zum Zimmerservice muss man wissen, dass dieser nur unter der Woche kommt, so dass samstags und sonntags keine Handtücher gewechselt werden. Wenn man das weiß, kann man sich gut darauf einstellen. Sollten einem die Handtücher nicht ausreichen, erhält man von den sehr netten und freundlichen Besitzern aber problemlos einen Stapel Extrahandtücher. Wir empfehlen, sich die Zeit zu nehmen und mit den Besitzern zu sprechen, da man von ihnen viele gute Tipps erhält, sowohl für Ausflüge als auch für Restaurants, etc. Außerdem erfährt man, wenn man interessiert ist, auch einiges über die Geschichte des Hauses, des Landes und die Kultur und Gepflogenheiten. Uns hat das sehr gut gefallen. Die beiden sind unter der Woche jeden Tag vor Ort, sowohl vormittags als auch nachmittags und sind ansonsten für Fragen jederzeit telefonisch und/oder per E-Mail zu erreichen, so dass es kein Problem ist, dass es keine Rezeption gibt, die rund um die Uhr besetzt ist. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit in Nikis House sehr genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, wenn wir noch einmal auf Zypern sind.

Nous avons adoré le logement. Le petit jardin était super reposant et beau tout comme le logement. Il y a de quoi se garer dans une rue à quelques mètres donc tout était super. Le seul point négatif va pour la literie. Le lit était dur alors après une journée de marche intensive, mon dos n'a pas supporté la literie. Après ce n'est que mon avis personnel et évidemment que les matelas fermes peuvent convenir à d'autres. Dans l'ensemble je recommande fortement ce superbe lieu.

This was a great place. Traditional house, beautiful location. I did have a car so everything was easy to get to. It's not right off the beach but with cabs and busses one is due to be able to get around. Next time I'm staying in Limassol I'm staying at Nikki's House again. And the owners are very nice wonderful people that enjoy taking care of the property and guests. A lot of heart goes into this place and it shows.

Charming and lovely place!
Helpful and welcoming people and a lovely house. Felt like we were in someones home, such a charming athmosphere! And the garden was so nice and warm. The bed was hard, but we had 2 big nice pillows and 2 duvets so we slept well anyways.

Super clean, well renovated while keeping the historic look and design. the owners are very friendly and give good advise for things to do/see in the area. its not for the luxury experience seekers, but if you want to sleep with a unique place that has real character you should definitely try this place.

Beautiful place in an old neighborhood. Big rooms, easy communication, good choice of stores and restaurants nearby plus easy access to all the Limassol sites and roads to everywhere else. And a great bargain, too.

Our stay was amazing. Although outside Limassol, still conveniently located only 10 min from city center and beach. Extremely helpful and courteous personnel. Aesthetically pleasing tranquil oasis. The traditional style high ceilinged studio opens onto a courtyard with an array of plants, a date palm, and chairs for relaxing outside. The owners pleasant and helpful.

i loved this place! i have stayed in many places over the years and this one stands out. it was so quaint, unique and unexpected. it was very quiet and far removed from the crowds as well. lucky for me, it was off season. that said, it was a little chilly all the time, especially at night. didn't help that i was fighting a cold, myself, at the time. in the right weather, i am sure it would be incredible! the owners were very kind, helpful, and very fun to talk to!

I stayed in the larger unit in this lovely condo complex for two weeks. The apartment was clean and quite spacious with a bedroom, a small kitchinette and a living room. The space was clean and meticulously maintained. The mattress on the bed was a tad uncomfortable for my liking but the owner said she should be replacing it soon (she has just purchased new mattresses for other units). The WiFi was not functioning very well which was a bit of an issue as I had to do some work while I was there; the owners said they will be looking into this as well. The area where the apartment is located - it’s a small village - is quite enough, but for some noise from an occasional car or a neighbours’dog. You will be 8-10 km away from the city center, so you will need a car to get around, as there is no public transportation available. There is a grocery store right next door which is very convenient.

Accueil très cordial. Belle demeure bien aménagée; les pièces sont un peu sombres mais belles et de caractère. La localisation est à l'écart de Limassol ce qui complique la recherche de restaurants pour dîner.

EVERYTHING about Nikis House was perfect. The traditional stone and wood construction and interior decorating created a rustic and comfortable feel. A welcoming host with a friendly personal service
Although the local area is rather lacking in cafes and bars we can't fault Nikis House for creature comforts. We arrived late after getting lost ( thank you mapsme ) but our host waited for us and was very gracious and welcoming. We were even given a cold and welcome glass of lemonade on arrival. Parking was nearby in the local supermarket which was also very convenient for food and drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and had been lovingly restored by the owners. We had a very comfortable night's sleep thanks to the quietness of the surrounding area and the efficient air conditioning. When we left the next morning our host offered us a coffee before departure - now that is personal service.

A little gem in Limassol.
Niki's House is a little gem. When you open the gate you are amazed by how beautiful, welcoming and charming the place is. Beautiful furniture and decoration in the room. Great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Amazing attention to detail: flowers in the room, fresh fruit on the table, plush towels, soft cotton bathrobes, great advice about nearby shops and things to do, lounge chairs to relax in the courtyard (We were greeted with delicious lemonades). Really quiet location. Large parking nearby.

Nikis House was a wonderful, well cared for property! I was very happy with my spacious room, comfortable bed, great little kitchenette and even a table and chairs with an umbrella for shade right outside my door. the stone wall around the property with the locked gate made the place feel safe too. There were no feral cats inside the wall allowing the double doors between my room and the courtyard to be left open while I was working during the day.

Lovely warm welcome and homely feel
Evgenia and her husband are wonderful hosts who made me and my baby boy feel right at home. Niki's House is rustic and not in the thick of things but it's peaceful and spotlessly clean.

It was lovely staying in a traditional Cypriot guest house. The host could not have been more helpful and the setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Nearby was a supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants, Would highly recommend Nikkis house.

Friendly, clean accommodation
Owners couldn't do more for us. After arriving later than expected in evening after a delayed flight, they were waiting for us to show us our apartment. Parking is couple minutes drive and they led the way in their car to show us where to park. Less than one minute (different route) to walk back to apartment. Fresh fruit and lemonade on our return. In morning we were offered Greek coffee as we sat outside, being made to feel very welcome and like family. Very clean and homely accommodation. Mini market minute walk away. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves.
