Can recommend ‘premium Service and clean’
Very clean Hotel, excellent service and delicious breakfast. Nice pool and Sauna (ask one hour before and enjoy on the rooftop) Very kind staff. Only downside: now out of season, other events on side, but not disturbing, just busy in the lobby at times, but acceptable and staff is very focused on you having a good time. Good and safe location. Highly recommended! Safe money using airport shuttle ‘Llama Express’ check online- for 20 sole’s currently- Hotel organises Taxi service 80 Soles.

Very good!
Service qas very good. People were always very nice, helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. One night neighbours were making party and very loud all night and also in the morning and all day. It was no problem to get a new room which was even a bit bigger and quite. Perfect! Although it would be better to have double curtains instead of rollos on thw windows to have some light in the room.

Una excelente ubicación, el hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Los desayunos son excelentes y tienen mucha variedad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. Una excelente opción en Miraflores, queda muy cerca del Parque Kennedy.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, the staff were great and so helpful regarding storing some personal effects and booking taxis etc. I also really liked the breakfast options; as someone with allergies to eggs and typical breakfast items, it was really refreshing to have optipns like chicken paella and meat with onions - I know, that might sound weird to some, but a lifesaver when traditional breakfast options are a no-go. The hotel itself is really nice and modern and really clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the hot water didn't get very hot, if I wanted a shower, I would have to turn on the hot water only, but then the water pressure wasn't enough to come through; so I ended up having to have luke-warm baths. But other than that, fantastic stay and I have another reservation for with I have finished my 3 week tour!

There was confusion at check in, hotel stated I had two rooms booked although the first reservation had been cancelled weeks prior. I had my confirmation letter. The room and bathroom was huge, a little sparse on furniture. The rooftop pool was a nice area to relax, did not realize that the sauna had to be prebooked. Morning breakfast area was fantastic- great variety and a made to order station. Great location- found a few restaurants around the corner that had the best lunch specials. Should have listened to other reviewers who said this was a noisy property. Was kept awake all night, first by rooms across the hall having some kind of party, and then an amorous couple in the room above. Was a terrible night. Property is fine, but no point paying for a room where you can’t sleep.

Despite being woken up at 7am the day after checking in because the cleaners were busy cleaning for an hour including music and loud walky talkies, the rest of the stay was nice. Good room service/pool service and very helpful staff no matter the hour.

Great place to spend the night or four like I did. Breakfast was good with different main course every day. It was safe at night and just a few blocks from the Metropolitano and arterial buses. Hot/cold water was available at this hotel and pressure was good. The room had A/C but the staff told me they rented portable heaters if needed - it is Lima so a heater was not needed. Overall fabulous experience and do recommend staying here.

L’hôtel était bien situé dans Miraflores, c’était facile de se déplacer à pied partout. C’était aussi sécuritaire avec un garde à l’entrée de l’hôtel. La chambre était comfortable et très propre. Le déjeuner était un buffet et offrait suffisamment de choix (œufs, toasts, etc.). Je recommande, c’était un bon rapport qualité-prix!
