Thank you Toni, Patrick and Alicia for giving me the positive feeling. Also all others from the team are absolutely professionals. I was so lucky that got a good price by the special offer and so am not too disappointed about the room 104. there is no view, to anything, because of the roof above the main entrance. Otherwise you have a privacy at your balcony. The breakfast at room service was phenomenal. Hope next year again, with an upgrade. "

"Ambiente Stil Mitte der 90ziger. Zimmer etwas abgewohnt. In unserem Fall Service Roomservice schlecht. Fehlende Kleinigkeiten mussten öfters nachgefragt werden. Zimmerservice an einem Tag nicht durchgeführt. Beruflich oft auch in Radisson Hotel unterwegs- anderen Standard bei dieser Kette gewohnt. Gefühl, bei Beschwerden eher Bittsteller zu sein. Verbrachten auch in anderen Hotels am Ort (5*), Hier Top Service hier. Also kein Landesproblem"

"Recently renovated historic/landmark hotel, with very friendly and capable personnel. Rooms in the front part in good shape, less in the "Roman Tower" (dysfunctional safe and TV, uneven carpetry, noisy a/c)."
