Sauberkeit katastrophal
Hotel obschon relativ neu, sehr dreckig. Am Kopfende und unter der Matratze sehr dreckig. Nach Reklamation bei der Rezeption hat die Dame lediglich mit einem feuchten Lumpen den ganzen Dreck unter der Matraze mehr oder weniger weggeputzt und den ganzen Dreck direkt vor der Zimmertüre ausgeschüttet. Im ganzen Gang vor der Zimmertüre blieb der Dreck unübetsehbar auch zwei Tahe später liegen. Unzumutbar und nie wieder. Ansonsten Hotel und Betten ok. Man merkt ammMaterisl, dass mit billigen Materialien gespart wurde. Beispiel synthetische Kissen, etc. Hotel def.nicht zu empfehlen, wenn auf Dauberkeot wert gelegt wird. Absolut nicht Hilton würdig.

Very convenient for me being able to drop off my rental car in the Albany Airport, and they come pick me up. I didn't fly until rhe next morning. So the morning shuttle was great too.

I thought it was clean, quiet and safe. Just wasn't use to the full laminate floor thing, but overall it was good stay!! i must point the Staff was EXCELLENT!

We checked in at 10:30 pm for a room with two beds. There were only rooms available with a king bed which my 17 year old son did not want to share with his mom. The staff person said we could cancel our reservation and find another hotel at 10:30 pm. Fortunately another guest who was checking in after us heard our dilemma and switched rooms. The breakfast was good. We were gone the entire day and when we can back room was not cleaned. When I inquired about why the room hadn’t been serviced they told me they only clean the rooms once every 3 days! I asked where that was stated and they said it was just their policy. Parking was easy and breakfast good but would not stay there again.

We stayed here for just one night to catch a flight early the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport making for an easy morning. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights for the NCAA basketball tournament at the end of March and we loved it! It was clean, quiet and convenient to get to the arena. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it!
