Cinco Plaza
The rooms are basic and need a bit of tlc. Good size and we had what we needed. The shower leaked but there was a mop 🙄. This was reported but no outcome. One pool was freezing the other heated. Great spot to the strip but up axateep hill if you don't have great mobility.

This is our third stay at cinco, didnt enjoy as much as previous, was too busy and getting a lounger around the pool was a real nightmare we were only able to go round the pool once in a week due to this. We counted 57 towels on loungers with no one using then the next day 53 absolutely disgusting and needs to be better managed. We spoke to reception who just told us to see the life guard but this should be monitered. Towels were being laid down at 4am as we arrived back to our apt. Never known it so bad. Not sure we would stay again during a busy time for this reason. Room was not cleaned enough, we were left with dirty towels and no toilet paper. Even after calling reception no one came with these. Shame as we had enjoyed previous stays.

Lovely clean an specious apartments! Handy man on hand within 10 mins if any problems which was amazing! Pool cleaned thoroughly every day! Ideal for families in the holiday months! Great location less than a 5 min walk to strip and beach. Definitely visit again👍☀️🏖️

Apartments were clean large and spacious. Air con was great. Few small ants about the place. John as entertainer was excellent and got everyone involved. Sun beds were a joke with towels out and every bed claimed by 7 in the morning!

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato uno dei 2 letti affossato,le piscine affollate,vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi sicuramente per chi non vede il mare tutto l'anno è un ottima scelta,pe noi è stato un punto d'appoggio per una notte e più di quello non farei.

broken tiles in swimming pool cockroaches no kettle had to ask for it they say was a shortage window would not lock had to get someone to repair it no sunlight in room we asked for a upper balcony view ended on the ground floor facing the laundry place on the back a main rd opposite the supermarket even though there were other rooms as other member of our group stay there with rooms next to them they have a place for stray cats to come and feed so cats around

Good for families
Lots of apartments built around swimming pools. There's a cat area which is nice. Not a lot of parking available. 5 minutes walk from the beach via a steep hill. There's a supermarket next door and a pub/restaurant above it which is really good.

Nice place. Big 1 bedroom apartment. The only small complaint would be the fridge but apart from that it was nice. The hill up to the complex is quite steep but taxis are still great value in Lanzarote

Vacances en famille. Appartement propre et spacieux. Deux chambres. Environnement dans l’ensemble plutôt calme (sauf voisins très bruyants le dernier jour). La résidence ne compte pas de parking mais de nombreuses places à proximité, aucun problème pour trouver une place. Piscine froide, nous avons préféré les plages. Seul bémol : appartement au rez-de-chaussée sans vue. Impossible d’obtenir un autre appartement (la réception nous a indiqué être complet mais pourtant de nombreux appartements vides…) Localisation idéale pour bouger d’un endroit à un autre de l’île. Clientèle principalement anglaise. Dans l’ensemble : appartement spacieux et localisation bien. Le reste sans plus.
