Worthwile if you don't pay the high peak premium
Es ist top Niveau: Zimmer, Lage, Service, Frühstück. Der Strand ist nicht gut zum schwimmen (schlammig) und das Essen ist OK, aber nicht top Niveau.

Perfect Malaysian getaway
What a resort! I’ve been to quite a few 5 star resorts and I can honestly say that this hotel can easily compete with the best hotels in Dubai for example... with the added benefit of spectacular sceneries. The service is excellent with a lot of attention to details. For example I’ve never had the choice of 3 different (free!) suncreams at the pool...plus an after sun lotion! Every evening the turndown service brought us new local treats to try. When we had a minor problem with air con we even got a letter from the general manager apologizing for the inconvenience. This goes to show that anything less than impeccable service is considered worth an apology. The food was excellent and the local delicacies (Nasi Lemak at breakfast) always worth trying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi! Try the signature massage at the spa, my fiancée was over the moon after it!

Tolles Hotel an mittelmäßigem Strand
Wer sich einen tollen, nicht ganz preiswerten, Hotelaufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten gönnen möchte ist hier richtig. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein keinen karibischen Strand und auch kein karibisches Wasser anzutreffen. Baden ist bei Flut ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

とてもよかったです！！ 事前に他のマリオット系列やダタイ、その他のホテルを調べて散々悩んでこちらにしました。結果、正解でした！ クラブマリオットのグレードが高いわけでも無くて、スイートみたいなとてもグレードの高い部屋でも無かったのですが、とてもホスピタリティの高いサービスを受けました。 チェックインの時に対応してくれたバトラーにホテル内で会うと滞在どう？楽しんでる？とか話しかけてくれたり、チェックインの時にホテルツアーを受けられなかった為、翌日お願いしたらいつでも良いよと対応してくれたバトラーも顔を覚えてくれていて、アドバイスくれたり、バトラー以外のスタッフも笑顔で挨拶してくれて気持ちよかったです。 特に特筆すべきなのは、朝ごはん会場のスタッフの方々は楽しませる工夫や、こちらの行動とタイミングを見計らって絶妙なサービスを提供くださいました。 本当に感謝です！！

Beautiful property facing the sea, clean and well maintained property care beach. Our second stay here and the staff are warm and try to cater to your every need. I had a last moment request for a half day extension due to changes in flight timing which they accommodated. The spa has been rebranded the St Regis Spa and it’s a big improvement in terms of treatment and products. My daughter had her first spa experience and they were wonderful. The staff at the beach are so attentive and friendly, lots of good food optiobs at the beach grill. The Fine Dining restaurant is a must for at least drinks at sunset, excellent service and the Orangerie (main hotel restaurant) has a breakfast feast and varied all day menu, and the Astor bar has fabulous atmosphere. Butler service was prompt and friendly, amazing suite facilities, we were very luckily to have it. Wonderful piece of luxurious paradise for a few days. Hotel is a quick drive from the airport which is a bonus,

The hotel is simply outstanding. Amazing, friendly staff, excellent facilities and very luxurious throughout. The beach and pool are amazing and the food is simply outstanding throughout. If I had one negative it would be that the room we stayed in was above a room with a pool and it did get noisy on a couple of Occasions in the night time. There should Be better sound proofing with the glass door. All in all a truly 5 star experience and we would certainly return.

St. Regis Langkawi 1 Star hotel.
During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. All that service make my stay in this hotel a nightmare and just broke my resting and holiday mood. Been to many St. Regis in the World, this one in LangKawi is the worst, not 1 star deserve, but the price surely is 5 stars. I should request refund for all the patience I had to do and complaint to the from desk manager. The pool bar staff is careless, the cocktail is horrible, beers is nice hehe. The Hotel hardware is nice but the software, means personnel attention from the staff need to fire some of them and retrain again, the others. I would never but never introduce this Hotel to any of my friends or colleagues and, who read this, be prepare for your surprises during your stay.

The hotel is nice. The problem it is on the other side of the island which is less popular due to the quality of sea water. Activities ie swimming and snorkeling are not feasible. The issue I have with booking with Expedia is that we lose a lot of benefits as Marriott ie no upgrade of room unless you pay extra

プール付きヴィラに泊まりました。(sunset over water villa) ここに来るのは2回目です。 チェックイン時、プールの水はほとんどなく、ホースで水を足していました。初日プールに入れず残念。 満水になったのは夜中です。 その間、作業の人間が部屋にノックもせずに入ってきたり、夜中に水を止めに来てもいいかなど失礼なことがありりました。 前回泊まった時も部屋に不備があり、部屋を替えてもらいました。 部屋は素晴らしいので残念です。

Amazing relaxing stay
The service and staff are amazing and really do go above and beyond with everything. The butler service and the butlers were great too, always service with a smile. The resort is small but private and quiet which we liked and the food was all really tasty.
