Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Tolle Aussicht auf den Vulkan und schöne Hot-Water-Becken. Manager hat uns geholfen bei Problemen mit Mietwagen!

Gutes Hotel mit toller Sicht auf den Vulkan von allen Zimmern. Liegt oberhalb von La Fortuna. Hat den Vorteil, dass man bei allen Touren als letztes abgeholt wird und als erster wieder im Hotel ist. Zu Fuss ist es zu weit nach La Fortuna. Es hat aber Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas dürftig (Brot, Butter, Konfitüre fehlten z.B. gänzlich) und es war nicht klar, dass man auch à la Carte bestellen konnte. Dies sollte klar kommuniziert werden.

Tolles Hotel mit Blick auf den Vulkan Arenal
Sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, gratis Parkplätze, freundliches Personal. Wifi hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Alles soweit ok...sehr freundliches Personal
...wurden sehr nett empfangen. Personal insgesamt sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Toller Blick auf den Vulkan aus den Zimmern. Sauber und gepflegt. Lage an der Straße. ..Zimmer aber sehr ruhig. Andere Restaurants und Geschäfte auch mal zu Fuß erreichbar.

Property grounds were really nice. The hotel check in staff upon arrival was very cold, it could have been the language barrier but the other reports we stayed at in the area we were greeted very warmly and the magic mountain didn’t seem to care about that level of hospitality. The room was very basic. The hot tubs didn’t work, were not warm at night. We had 2 nights booked and ended up just leaving after the first night. A good option for affordability but from my experience there are other options that are better in La Fortuna. Also felt like a ghost town there. No one was around or staying there.

This was really the ideal hotel for a girl's trip or even a solo trip. It was safe, convenient, good price, and the facilities were comfortable. Would recommend. ~~~~~ GOOD THINGS: -Excellent location: close to adventure, eating, and getting lots of different souvenirs, very close to downtown area (about $6 cab ride, $3 Uber ride) and close walk to a LOT of different restaurants day or night, close to urgent care and a supermarket both walkable -Great staff: friendly, knowledgeable, make you feel at home, would go back just to say hey to them! They were also very helpful on the way in with setting up airport transportation. - Very clean rooms, GREAT views of the volcano - Nice little gift shop with essential items, prices not too high - Breakfast included: wonderful perk, the food was delicious! AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT: - more clothing storage space in the rooms would be nice (it was tight for two people for 7 days but they did bring us some extra hangers which was nice) - pool lights need to be fixed for night time use, couldn't do any night swimming which I enjoy a lot There were several solo travelers we met and some large groups as well and it seemed like the hotel did a good job accommodating everyone. It was a good stay.

Great property that is conveniently located in the drown next to many great restaurants and shopping places, all of the tours picked us up from this hotel and we are glad to have stayed in the city where we can have easy access to food at any time. Also this hotel has some of the best prices for drinks and great food. Overall, I would definitely come back again to this hotel. The pool and hot tub also helped. The staff were very inviting.

Comfortable rooms, nice pool, great view of volcano, nice breakfast. Convenient for walking around downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. On the second day we were there the hot tubs were not heated or cleaned and that was the afternoon plan for that day

The breakfast, staff and room were perfect. We visited this place to celebrate our anniversary, however, the pool bar and spa were closed because the hotel has IRS issues. We had to buy drinks and snacks outside the hotel because anywhere near the pools or the jacuzzis was no one near taking orders.

Staff was extremely helpful from helping with parking to transporting the luggage. In walkable distance from most shops and some great food spots. The sports bar attached to the hotel was also nice. Room was clean breakfast was great, would book again!

Our overall stay was great, but the only downside was we did not get the bed that we requested. We understand it says that its not guaranteed, but we made the reservation months in advance and if its not guaranteed why reserve a specific room? The area around the hotel was very quaint. There were many different dining options, bonus was the souvenir shop down the road! Pick up for our activities was great due to the hotels prime location. It was minutes from many different activities. We would definitely stay here again when we visit La Fortuna.

It is an incredibly average place. Our room number was 807 and it was on the 3rd floor. It was relatively inexpensive and close to town but I would never go back. Just nothing to recommend. Not a place I will remember.

What a view!
You can't beat the view of the volcano from the balconies that also overlook gardens, fountains and the pool. The breakfast was great and our dinner there was very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy. There are not many outlets and what we plugged in wouldn't stay in. Not sure why. Overall a good stay!
