Le couvre-lit sentait la sueur, la chambre et les corridors sentaient mauvais. Les draps et les serviettes étaient tâchés. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité en quantité et en variété.

I was revisiting the La Crosse Center over the weekend. I needed a place close. This hotel was convenient and nice. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I liked the price and the room i got was clean, tidy but cold, wasnt sure how to work temperature but they gave extra blankets. Breakfast was very small but they have a wafflemaker and its free so cant complain too much. They have a hot tub, but it was out of order when i was there. Overall best option for low cost on a short notice.

We ordered a part for our hot tub to be fixed. Unfortunately, the part we ordered is currently on back order. We do have ice buckets in all of our rooms as well as a coffee machine. They are located in the drawers underneath where the microwave is. We also, do not have any kleenex on our property at the moment due to them also being on back order. Our breakfast actually has quite a bit of options to choose from. Such as waffles, yogurt, donuts, cereal, bread, juice and coffee. Our hotel only serves continental breakfast. This just means our breakfast is light and doesn't consist of a whole lot. It also does state this on Expedia as well. We do apologize that you were unsatisfied with your stay. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with the sink and drain in your room. The back door and all of our exits do lock. Guests tend to place a rock in the door while they're smoking and forget to remove it. We do check every hour to ensure that the forgotten rocks have been removed. And we apologize but we have never had eggs included in our continental breakfast. However, we do have waffles, bananas, juice, donuts, yogurt, cereal, bread with jam, milk, as well as regular and decaf coffee. The coffee we use is Folgers coffee. We do understand that not everyone likes certain coffees and apologize for not having the kind that you favor. You are more than welcome to bring your own coffee and coffee maker when you're staying at our hotel if our coffee is not right for you. The main problem we had was.... we set up a dog friendly room online. Called to make sure they had the right reservation. The person on duty that night said yes and she would put a note in the system so the day staff would know. We get there and they didnt have the right room ready. We had to wait almost an hour to get our room. Then they had us switch rooms. The room we got the 2nd time was a decent room for the price. The complementary breakfast was a joke.

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with not having the correct room for you at check in. We apologize for this. We are very good about adding the notes into the system in the reservations while on the phone during the request. However, if we are extremely busy it may have been forgotten about by accident. When we are in the midst of checking someone in; we unfortunately are unable to leave the current screen. But this is not an excuse for this. It should have been at least written down. If you called Expedia to put your request in for the specific room; they didn't make it viewable for us to see. And again, we do apologize for this. However, we did correct it right away when you checked in and immediately got it sorted out for you. The reason it took what may have seemed like an hour to get checked in was because there was a line of people ahead of you also waiting to be checked in as well. I needed a hotel nearby the hospital my family member was admitted to. I was given a room next to an outside door where all the smoking guests would hang out. This door was supposed to be locked and opened with my room card, but it opened and slammed without any problem. I got to listen to a lot of shady conversations not by choice and some lady yelling at her child all the time until late. The staff were great except there was no bottle opener available for guests so bring your own. I was given a non smoking room except there were cigarette burns(?) on the floor in the bathroom. I hate to say it, but tonight I am going to look elsewhere

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations with the exit door as well as your room. Our rooms are non-smoking rooms. However, sometimes guests don't bid by the rules and do it anyway. And when they do, they are fined 250.00. We do have cork screw bottle openers if that was what you were looking for. Some of the staff do not know where they are. This will be addressed to our staff so it is known. They can also open bottles with a cap too. Again, we apologize about this. The exit doors are not supposed to be able to open without a keycard. But, if a guest happens to put a rock in the door to hold it open while smoking; they are told remove the rock upon coming back inside. Front Desk staff does check these exit doors every hour to ensure that they are closed properly. We apologize for this as well. We arrived at our hotel got to our room smelt like somebody was smoking a cigarette next to me came back later that night to unpack and get ready to sleep and cockroaches are everywhere when I went to the management about it they said what do you want us to do? do you want a new room? no! if there's roaches in one room they're in every single room! Do not stay here! Did get a refund, thank God!

The receptionist was outside smoking and acted inconvenienced that I wanted to check in. The hotel is very run down and smells bad. I will not stay there again.

We had a suite room, which is right above the lobby. There were people in the lobby being really loud all night, and arguing very loudly early in the morning, around 5/6 am. This was definitely the loudest place I have ever stayed. We could hear people in their rooms down the hall from in our room, it all made for a sleepless night and an extremely early morning. Probably fine for kids partying, but not for travelers looking for a place to get sleep at night.
