The shower cubicle was spacious and clean. They had a big shower head, really luxurious. The TV had a youtube channel. Breakfast was diverse, healthy, and had japanese styled breakfast as well (even though it was on the pricier side). Location was so-so, subway was 8 minutes away, a lot of traffic lights.

The room service was so so. I told them they didn’t have to change all my sheets but they didn’t give me toilet paper and new cups unuil I asked.

Great accommodation, very comfortable room. With all amenities you need. Nearby family mart for your daily necessities. 5mins walk from bus stops and train station. Nestled in the middle of Kyoto's shopping district.

The breakfast should have more traditional items like pancakes, and waffles. Also more egg choices and hot food. Soya milk would be great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were nice and very helpful. The location was convient for buses and trains. There were also many options for souvenirs. We have also been traveling light so it was convenient to have options for laundry in the building. Unfortunately. These were in high demand and took several hours to complete 1 load (multiple drying cycles). None the less, we got it done!

Amazing overall 10/10, only downside was the laundry services are pretty limited, so you'll probably want to so that in off hours.

I couldn't ship bags to airport. Just Shipping to airport is not allowed while any other destinations are ok. We have many large bags to ship. It was quite inconvenient.

Prima hotel, midden op drukke winkelstraat (hoor je niets van). Inchecken via desk. Sake bar en hele dag koffie verkrijgbaar. Op 2 verdiepingen was een wasmachine aanwezig. Nette kamers met ruim voldoende stopcontacten. Bad aanwezig.

The staff was super nice and VERY helpful. I didn't like the frosted window. Super location! Lovely and breakfast was good. Eggs were too runny and not enough fruit but otherwise great.

The location is excellent, the rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing. The rooms could be better laid out with more hooks and shelves to hang and place items especially with the rooms being so small with limited space. A very easy and inexpensive fix. Overall was very happy.
