Kurzbesuch in Kuta
Ein tolles, aber sehr grosses Hotel. Konnten leider nicht wirklich viel von Kuta sehen, Regenzeit und Sturm während dem Besuch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Viele Restaurants und Bars im und rund um das Hotel.

Ich war zuvor schon 2006 in diesem Hotel, damals empfand ich den Lärmpegel im Korridor vor Zimmer nicht störend. Diesmal fanden wir es oft störend , ich habe es auch an der Rezeption gemeldet das man doch seine Gäste darauf hinweisen kann das ab der Zugangstür Korridor doch Ruhe herrschen soll, meine das wäre nicht zuviel verlangt viele Hotels tun dies schon. Besonders im Hard Rock Hotel hat man ja überall Unterhaltung da sollte es möglich sein im Zimmer abschalten zu können.Leider ist auch die Badezimmer Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen, so mussten wir die Temperatur über 2 Dreh Wasserhähne schwierig einstellen es geht dadurch auch Wasser verloren!Das personal ist super und überall gut gelaunt.Rechnung lässt sich über das TV auch ständig aktualisiert kontrollieren, allerdings gibt es oft bis zu 4 Positionen für eine Buchung (Artikel,Discount,Service,Steuer) könnte verbessert werden.

HardRock ist etwas "abgerockt"
Grosses Hotel mit etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Zimmern. Besonders das Badezimmer war etwas "abgerockt". Sehr grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr nettes Personal. Am Abend jeweils live Bands am Hotelpool. Nice. In der Umgebung des Hotels diverse Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten wie Bars und Restaurants und natürlich der Strand direkt vor den Toren des Hotels. Der Hotelpool ist sehr gross und hat eine Poolbar. Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Erfrischung. Über alles gesehen trotzdem ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

Familienhotel mit sehr schöner Poolanlage
Die großzügige Poolanlage ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Hotel eignet sich für Familien mit Kinder bis 12 Jahre, Animation und Kinderclub. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen und haben nichts stylisches oder cooles.

Very beautiful complex, which offers both quiet and lively zones. The interior is well appointed and the whole ambience is very nice. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The cuisine is very recommendable - especially if you have an appetite for western dishes. Despite its central location, you don't notice the hustle and bustle of the city. And surfing and sundowners on the beach are only a few steps away. Conclusion: very recommendable! Especially for families with children!

Die Sauberkeit und der Service sind top. Für Paare oder Singles ohne Kinder ist es nicht zu Empfehlen. Der laut am Pool, da überall Kinder schreien. Einen Kinderfreienbereich gibt es sowohl am Pool, als auch im Breakfastbereich nicht. Von insgesamt 4 EU Steckdosen ging lediglich eine im Zimmer.

In die Jahre gekommenes Familienhotel
Das Hard Rock Hotel Bali ist ein reines Familienhotel. Nicht für Paare geeignet. Der Pool wird abgesperrt für die Aktivitäten der Kinder. Auch die Poolbar oder der Whirlpool wird von den Kindern in Beschlag genommen. Sogar Abends wenn eine Band auf der Bühne spielt sind die Lounges und die Tanzfläche von kleinen Kindern besetzt. Das Hotel ist zudem sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles ist sehr alt, ungepflegt und defekt. Sehr schade. Im allgemeinen kann man für das Hard Rock Hotel in Bali jedoch die Note „OK“ vergeben. Mehr aber auch nicht. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Wunderschöne Poolanlage
Die Pool-Anlage war der absolute Hit. Kinder werden dort sicherlich ihre Freude haben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und hat mehrere Restaurants, wo man überall gut isst. Das Essen in diesen Restaurants ist aber verhältnismässig etwas teurer, aber es schmeckt sehr gut. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

With the Hard Rock theme it's a unique hotel. We reserved a deluxe room for 4. We were given a dingy room that had the beds set up in such a way tha our luggage almost physically did not fit. But they had nothing else, so we had to take it. The next morning it was changed to proper one. Despite this I would recommend.

Great for kids, amazing pool, but soooo expensive, more expensive than Perth. We were also very unfortunate to only have a view of the staff scooter parking area. No balcony to sit out, only standing balcony. Probably won’t return.

Referring to your feedback about expensive rate, our pricing point remain competitive with other international 5-star resorts around Kuta and Bali in general. We regret any shortcomings in reference to the room. Our "Juliet" balcony is very different from a regular balcony as expected, but enough space for 2 adults to stand outside to get some fresh air. The deluxe room is convenient for family of 2 adults and 2 kids with 32 m² size. In addition, bigger room and elevated amenities are available in the higher category. I would stay here again for the pool and water play area. It's huge. 3 main pools, a sand play area and a toddler pool, water slides and a water play area. Hotel is full of families with children (can be loud). There's music everywhere, even underwater. Hotel is right opposite Kuta beach. Kuta beach is nice but full of people trying to sell things. My room was on the first floor, overlooked people's parked motorcycles and smelled damp and moldy. Air conditioning blew directly at the bed and we had to ask someone to come in with a ladder to change the direction of the vent. Hope you get a better room than I did.

Dette er et flott hotell med ansatte som ikke visste hva godt en kunne gjøre for deg, man følte seg trygg inne på hotellet. Aktiviteter for barn var helt fantastisk. Men maten på hotellet var så som så med, men frokosten var helt topp. Ikke mye å klage på, men litt dyrt å leve på hotellet, så lønner seg å gå ut å spise og drikke.

The Hard Rock hotel, Bali reminds me of a typical American hotel, it clean, almost clinical and does everything you want in a hotel. The staff are helpful and actually great people. Food is ok, rooms and facilities are all fine but it lacks the soul that I found in Bali. Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the Hard Rock Hotel, its a good hotel in a great location near the airport, beach and party/shopping areas and it does exactly as intended however if you want to experience Bali culture you need to go elsewhere. Thanks Hard Rock Hotels Bali for a great end to our vacation on truly magical island

Property was a little outdated and unfortunately the room smelt like sewerage for our entire stay and the staff did nothing about it. The amenities were great for children (kids pool) although the hotel itself was jam packed and overwhelming and it was not even peak season. Location was walking distance to shops and beach. Food at hotel was average and pretty much, you get what you pay for. I don’t think we will stay here again.

After checking backstage, our team managed to assist you twice in regards to inconveniences at bathroom and if you had raised your concerns regarding the unpleasant odor, we are sure our team could have helped you in any way.Hard Rock Hotel Bali thrive to improve in all aspects as guests' convenience is our utmost importance. Just to name a few, we planning to revamp our Rock Shop to offer a better shopping experience, construction of ramp on the main pool stairs which specifically designed to accommodate prams, wheelchairs and redesign Starz Diner restaurant and followed by Sunset Point transformation into permanent breakfast area. The hotel facilities were great and the staff wonderful, but we had a negative experience when checking in where the previous guests were given a late checkout, and we were not able to get into our room until close to 9 pm. This was despite us previously asking for an early check-in as we had taken an overnight flight from Japan. When we complained we were initially dismissed but asked that the complaint be handled by a manager and they ended up giving us a free dinner which was very nice. The loft room was not really suitable for a family of 5 with teenagers given the single bathroom and lack of privacy and the top room/area got very hot at night even with the AC on full. The pool was great but the pool bar tiny for it's size and it took ages to get a drink if you wanted one. There were no activities for 12-18-year-olds as they were not allowed to join in the kid's activities, and when they asked to join in the adult's activities (bomb comp, pillow fight, tug of war etc.), they were not allowed because the prize was a can of beer. Overall, it was OK for the price (about $400 AUD/night), but ultimately, it was just a large room, so I won't be going back in a hurry.
