„We spent three nights here. The rooms have everything you need. You can see trees from the window, I heard a woodpecker in the morning, it was very idyllic. Once there was a problem with the toilet. The facility team solved it immediately - compliments, they are doing a great job.“

„Great location and easy access to all of Williamsburg, and attractive setting from the exterior, however, the one bedroom suite was very disappointing, dated and dreary furnishings and cramped/impractical kitchenette. Not a nice environment for a longer stay. The mandatory $7/day provides only a limited activity program that would be of little interest to many adults. To end on a more positive note, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive!“

„Everything was exceptional except the check in process. Very busy, I had an inexperienced individual, who could not find my reservation, needed to call and ask for assistance on multiple occasions. Friendly but should have been in training as opposed to on her own. Family waiting in car were concerned while waiting, thats how long it took. The units we booked were perfect and facilities clean and so fun. Would go back for sure Thank you.“

„The place was very cozy and up-to-date appliances. Bed was very comfortable clean rooms Jacuzzi hot tub bathtubs were excellent unless you go out and buy groceries. My only issue was coffee. I didn’t like the coffee in the room and there was no accessible other coffee unless I left the resort I think a coffee bar would be amazing, or a little buffet thing in the morning or something “

„This was the perfect place for our family trip to Colonial Williamsburg. The unit was huge (it was actually two units with a connecting door) with two kitchens, three bedrooms, and multiple TVs. The recreation center and pool was great for the kids.“

We ended up having to change our room at the last minute due to some unknowns with the owner. Seems like the resort should have been able to let the VRBO property managers know earlier.
