Bukit Bintang has high traffic jam so that is not good.
The water fountain in the lobby area is smelly and does not create a welcoming feeling. The make up rooom service took a long time on Sat, 4 May. It was past 4.30 pm when I had to remind the staff to clean up the room even though we switched on the Make Up room button before 12 noon. The room furniture looks old.

A very central hotel within KLCC, and all that there is to offer. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Surrounding of numerous shopping centers. The MRT few meters away. Reach breakfast. To much traffic on afternoon until late at night
