We stayed at Anana for four nights and absolutely loved it here! The hotel is of great beauty and the staff super friendly. We booked the Thai studio with breakfast, both outstanding. All services like the shuttle to town, cleaning, room service etc. worked perfectly. We can only recommend staying at this place for great relaxation.

überwiegend sehr gut - einige gemischte Gefühle
Wir waren 4 Tage in einer SpaSuite im 6. Stock. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und groß. Unzureichend sind der fehlende Tisch und der minimale Platz für Kleidung. Sehr lobenswert finde ich, das pro Tag bis zu 4 Flaschen Trinkwasser Kostenlos bereitgestellt wurden. Der Service insgesamt ist ungewöhnlich gut, uns wurde es manchmal schon zu viel. Die Küche (Abendessen) war an den ersten drei Tagen sehr gut, am letzten Tag eher schlecht. Das Frühstück fanden wir insgesamt ausgewogen und ausreichend. Wir hatten über Hotels.com Vollpension gebucht; das Hotelpersonal musste bei unserer Ankunft gar nicht worum es sich dabei handelt. Wir lernten jedoch bald den Chef (Herrn Grimm) kennen und der versprach uns eine zufriedenstellende Regelung. Dies war dann auch der Fall – hier hat sich das Hotel sehr fair und kulant verhalten. Der vorab per E-Mail vereinbarte shuttle zum und vom Flughafen Krabi hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Fahrzeit beträgt zwischen 35 und 40 Minuten. Inwieweit das gesamte ökologische Konzept des Hotels tatsächlich hält was es verspricht, kann vom Kunden nicht nachvollzogen werden. Meiner Bitte auf nähere Informationen konnte (oder wollte) der Eigentümer nicht nachkommen. Ich bin vom Fach und es hätte mich schon interessiert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass für einheimische Verhältnisse verhältnismäßig viel für den Umweltschutz getan wird. Warum es Bier in Dosen geben muss wenn Glasflaschen verfügbar sind, finde ich schwer vermittelbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes neues Hotel mit nettem sehr persönlichem Service. Tolles Zimmer, stylisch und gut ausgestattet. Eco Shampoo, conditoner und Duschgel vorhanden. Die minibar ist bei Ankunft komplett befüllt und darf kostenlos ausgetrunken werden. Wasser wird täglich zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, alles da was das Herz begehrt und ständig frisch. Es gibt mehrmals täglich einen Hotelshuttle zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Dieser war immer pünktlich und ist wenn nötig auch zweimal gefahren. Der pool ist wunderschön.

Neues Hotel im Dezember 18 eröffnet. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Pool Anlage (es sind zu wenig liegen/Schirme vorhanden). Sehr gutes und vollkommen ausreichendes Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr Ruhe Lage. Gratis Shuttle ins Zentrum von Ao Nang. Das einzige Problem sind die extrem hellhörigen Zimmer. Ansonsten aber ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Annehmlichkeiten (gratis Kurse, Shuttle, gratis Mini Bar, Strandtasche etc).

I recently stayed in this hotel with my family. The hotel itself was wonderful, great staff, very clean, peaceful. It was far away from the noise of Ao Nang beach but close enough that only took less than ten minutes to get there by car. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the beach, available certain hours of the day. After my stay my family and I were traveling to Krabi. We booked our transportation thru the hotel. Our driver was Hassaan, he was amazing and kept us safe on the way there. He was also very nice and attractive every time we saw him in the hotel.

Gem in Krabi
Hotel is a gem. It’s located in a quiet area of Krabi, 10’ drive from Ao Nang beach. We really wanted to be secluded from the caos and this was the perfect place for that. They offer free shuttle to the beach every hour so it’s very convenient. Staff is willing to help at all times, rooms are spacious. Breakfast is amazing, plenty of options. Will 100% recommend.

Excellent hotel with superb staff
We enjoyed tremendously our 3-night stay here. The room was large, the views from the window are fantastic, breakfast was excellent and the pool was beautiful and great fun. The location is not perfect (7 minutes by car from central Ao Nang, not walkable), but the almost-hourly free shuttle from the hotel to the center is convenient. Above all - the staff was fantastic. We did encounter some issue during our stay (not the hotel’s fault), and everyone in the staff went out of their way to solve the issues and ensure that we are happy with the resolution. It is was a level of customer care that is rare to find even in the best hotels.

Godt hotel. Roligt beliggende og med gratis shuffelservice til byen. Air con larmer ikke så det er et kæmpe plus til gengæld kan man høre naboer hoste. Dog ikke så generende. Skøn rooftop restaurant med smukke solnedgange. Poolen med poolbar var dejlig og der var umiddelbart nok solsenge. Havde måske forventet lidt mere af et femstjernet hotel, så vil mere sige at det er 4-stjernet service og tilstand. Men alt i alt et dejligt ophold.

I booked a family room as it was listed for 5 guests. However, upon getting there they told me that it was maximum 3 adults and that we would need to pay extra. Upon getting to the room, it was very outdated and not like the other rooms. We were disappointed. It was also not close to the town, but they had a shuttle that ran every hour to drive us there. Breakfast buffet was included and was amazing!

Perfect hotel
Ananana Egological hotel was absolutely magical. We had a wonderful few days at this hotel. Clean, tidy and pleasant staff. Fantastic villa with direct access to the pool. A fantastic restaurant on the roof terrace. The hotel had such great common areas that we didn't want to visit the center of Ao Nang, it was nicer to stay at the hotel. The breakfast is the best I've had in all of Thailand. Professional staff who do their utmost to keep the hotel to a good standard. We had SPA massages every day. It was brilliant. Will definitely come back again. PERFECT HOTEL! 10/10!

I did give this resort a three but I almost gave it a two. My rating is 2.5 This resort was out of the way but had a shuttle to Ao Nang Beach which was convenient. It is about 40 minutes into Krabi town. The sky bar was great, offering a beautiful sunset and great drinks. We also really enjoyed our meal in the rooftop restaurant. We however, had some serious issues with cleanliness in our room. The room smelled of mildew. When we arrived the floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped. I stepped on a piece of glass and I didn’t break any glass. The sheets had not been changed since the previous guest - the pillow had a funny smell and there were black specs of dirt and sand in them. Worse when my husband lifted the pillow and there were eyelash extensions from the last guest!!!! We immediately addressed the sheet issue with the staff and they handled it professionally having someone come change the sheets immediately which was appreciated. Our other challenge was that they didn’t put new towels in the room on the second day so we had to ask for towels. The staff seemed a little annoyed by this but did provide us with new towels. In general the staff were helpful and kind. We wouldn’t stay again here due to the issues with our room but would recommend the sky bar.

Thank you for your feedback about a stay you had in November 2023, at the time we apologised to you and it was accepted so I am quite surprised to see a negative review 4 months later, I can assure you as we did at the time the sheets and all linens were change between all guest stays, I am glad you have highlighted that it was all handled professionally at the time, but again with the towels we have the green room program and if towels are left on the floor they are replaced so we are sorry you needed to ask on the second day

Absolutely wonderful hotel the place the staff were attentive, friendly and efficient couldn’t do enough for you was perfect in all ways . Upgraded to a pool access villa which was so lovely definitely worth the extra money. Definitely recommend this hotel

Immersed in nature.
Excellent hotel. Beautiful nature views from all the rooms. Well made hotel in excellent condition. Organic breakfast with a varied selection. Very helpful staff. The owners gave us free transport to the airport as we had paid for a night that we didn’t use. Magnificent feeling of being at one with nature.

Lovely mountain retreat
It was a lovely treat in the mountains. I wanted something a bit different and this was gorgeous. Beautiful pool and rooms as well as very helpful staff and lovely owners. Good food and breakfast also!

Wij hadden een pool villa geboekt, FANTASTISCH! grote kamer, 65inch tv met netflix, heerlijk bed, nespresso machine, water, sprite, fanta en cola stond klaar en was inclusief. Een fantastisch ontbijt, lekkere cappuchino!! En voor de prijs is dit echt niet duur. Tevens shuttel busje naar ao-nang het ligt namelijk wat buiten het centrum maar met een kleine 5minuten ben je er. Je kan natuurlijk ook een grab pakken voor 2euro. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
