The hostess is super helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the hotel is on a little hill side with view of the mountains or the bay depending on your room. Everything is walkable from the hotel or you can get a taxi for like 3/4 euro to the main town.

Property was excellent. Great location from the Old Town with great views over the bay. Host was amazing, responded within mins of contacting her and she even lent us beach towels! Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

Great little short cut down to the waterfront and there is a playground right there next to some cafes so children could play. Room was clean and comfortable.

Прекрасные апартаменты
Замечательные апартаменты, очень удобное расположение, рядом есть магазины. прекрасный вид из окна на боко-которский пролив, 10 мин ходьбы до старого города вдоль моря! В каждом номере есть балкон, кухня с посудой, ванная комната-душ. Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно. Хозяева живут в этом же доме, с душой и вниманием относятся к каждому гостю, очень гостеприимны. Пока ехали, Татьяна все время была на связи, писала сообщения и очень точно обьяснила как найти адрес. Прекрасно говорит по-английски и итальянски! Мы провели замечательное время и если вернемся в эту страну, то не сомневаемся даже где остановимся!

Owner was sooooo nice! Gave us great recommendations. Very clean and spacious. 5 min walk to water/restaurants. Perfect for the 3 of us. Location is 17 minute walk to old town or a 2 euro taxi. Highly recommend for your stay in Kotor!

Excellent host who took her time to check us in and even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. This is indeed a 5 star property with excellent service. The property is clean and well maintained. It is walking distance to the beach , supermarket and the town centre. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood so you get a lovely sleep. I am glad that I stayed here and would stay if I go back to Kotor. I will definitely recommend this property.

The accommodation is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is small but functional. Tatjana is a great hostess. She answers our questions promptly and makes sure that we are enjoying our stay. The location is not too far from the old town. I would definitely recommend this place!

Owner very friendly. Location was ok, 5 min walk to water edge, 20 min walk to town. Apartment was in a residential street with other high apartment blocks. Parking. Nice modern clean apartment with good kitchen and bathroom area. Sunloungers and outdoor table and chairs on lower floor. CCTV and good that the owner lives on top floor and is always available.

Kotor's hidden diamond
if you're coming to Kotor- YOU MUST STAY HERE! This place is truly a hidden gem, its located in, by far, the best part of Kotor - 5 min walk from the best stretch of water with great restaurants and lounge chairs. 10-15 minute beautiful stroll to old town (trust me you do not want to stay in old town). The room itself was furnished with top-of-the-line finishings and amenities, and Tatiana was the most delightful host helping out with reservations, recommendations, taxis, and price expectations. I will be back! :)Three tips - preorder a car online, have your driver drop you at the top of the driveway not the bottom, and keep the windows closed during your stay(there are bugs all over montenegro).

Beautiful and cozy apartment on walking distance!
Everything was absolutely perfect! Apartment was really beautiful and clean. Bed was really comfort and there were everything you need in small kitchen to make breakfast etc. Really felt like home. Owner was super nice and friendly, it was easy to contact and check-in & out. Old town and beach on walking distance! I can higly recommend and would love to stay here again!
