Generell sehr zu empfehlen: Jedoch zu wenig Liegen am Pool, Essen meist nur lauwarm, Sauberkeit der Damentoiletten am Pool lässt zu wünschen übrig. Meist schon am Vormittag stark verschmutzt und trotz Hinweis ans Personal keine Reinigung erfolgt. Getränke überteuert. Super Ausflugsziele über die Wassertaxis! Personal in allen Restaurants sehr gut.

While I want so greatly to give this property a better review, it just did not meet expectations. HUGE kiddos to the marketing team and photographers. They made this property look amazing. Unfortunately, the photos are TOO good as the property did not live up. The property is a bit drab and felt old. The pool is small and felt old. There are no cabanas at the pool and hours of service at the pool and all food/drink places are extremely limited. If you have a kid, it makes it very hard to get them fed. There is a grocery store across the street. The final straw was the location. It is a €15 cab ride from old town. And there is nothing around! They did have a water taxi that comes every hour but was inconsistent and stops running after 16:00ish. I will say that everyone was kind and did try to help. We did end our stay here early but was helped by the incredibly understanding staff to change to a sister hotel in old town.

Lovely location but hotel rooms lack any character
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The overall facilities are really good: great pool area (although the water temp is cooler than the sea) and lovely beach area for really safe swimming with crystal water. Incredible views! The restaurant is also a really nice area, however the evening food really lacked- It felt really mismatched items (but breakfast was good.) Our room I was really underwhelmed with on first impression I wouldn’t call it a “superior room” by any means and I would be very hesitant to see the basic room. The room was comfy, but it felt straight out of a bland city hotel with zero character or charm- such a shame when the outside surrounding are so beautiful! So yes I would recommend this hotel for the beautiful scenery and location but don’t expect to be blown away by the hotel rooms (think standard travelodge.)

Bel hébergement surtout pour les familles. La vieille ville est accessible en taxi par pour 3 euros mais attention car il ne finit pas toujours à 22hrs comme on se l’ai fait dire. Il est arrivé qu’un soir nous avons du revenir en taxi car il avait terminé à 20hrs et personne ne le savait donc on a attendu 1h30 pour rien

Un hotel correcto, solo reseñaria como punto negativo que haya un camping dentro del resort, mezclando ambos tipos de huespedes en los servicios comunes, haciendo imposible disponer de una tumbona en las piscinas, por cierto es necesario controlar las tumbonas de la playa, no entiendo que yo pagase las tumbonas y la cama y a partir de las 12:00 horas no se controlase y la gente las usase gratuitamente

Passez votre chemin si vous aimez le calme.
Attention cet hôtel n’est pas du tout ce que l’on imagine sur le site ! Si vous aimez la tranquillité, le raffinement et que vous cherchez des vacances au calme vous serez terriblement déçus ! C’est un club de vacances bas de gamme partagé avec l’hôtel, les résidences et le camping. Nous avons demandé à être relogés ailleurs.

The resort is quite nice, but it is a BIG ISSUE that you need to be in a queue before 9 o´clock in the morning to get a sunbed by the pool. There is a definite need to increase capacity by the large pool area, or build an additional one. Also negative that you need to pay for sunbeds by the sea despite them being part of the hotel. Great breakfast. The design of the bathrooms - a disaster. Would have liked a broader range of lunch alternatives (lighter meals)

Fint Hotel, men lidt i den dyre ende.
Fin beliggenhed for et besøg i Kordula, mulighed for at sejle (3€ per peron) ind til byen eller tage en elektrisk golfvogn (10€),taxi fra havnen til hotelet koste ca 15€, man kan også sagtens gå der er ca 2.5km og efter Kroatisk standard flad rute :-) Problem som mange steder at folk blokerer solstole tidligt, selv om de ikke bruger dem, men det er vel typisk for et pool hotel. Maden er rimelig god standard og et fint udvalg.

Trevlig personal och bra placering av hotellet på plussidan. Mindre bra var att det luktade sopor vid polen, vi hade inkluderad frukost och middag men under middag ingick inte dricka. Dock kunde man beställa vatten för 60 SEK 0,75 liter. Väldigt dålig stil. Utebelysning vid stranden borde lagas då det inte funkade under vår vistelse. Inte så kul att promenera med barnen vid vattnen utan belysning.

Lovely stay at Port 9. We would have liked more lounge and bar areas for the evenings. We spent time in our room after dinner which was a shame. The setting was glorious and very pretty. Le site est sympathique avec une piscine à débordement bénéficiant d'une belle vue. Dommage que la musique trop forte gâche tout. Les chambres rénovées sont vraiment très petites. Salle de bains petite mais bien. Quelques efforts à faire sur les aménagements extérieurs en particulier sur les allées qui conduisent aux différents bâtiments car très très difficile d'y faire rouler une valise.

Great stay!
We had a great week at Port 9. We stayed in a family room, which was great and very spacious. Little annoying that the wall between us and the neighbors on the terrace weren’t covered, but it wasn’t a huge problem. The breakfast buffet was great, lot of options. Didn’t eat any other meals at the hotel so can’t say anything about lunch and dinner. The hotel facilities are a bit more run down than in the pictures, especially outside, but still ok. We didn’t bother going to the hotel beach as there were a towel mafia hogging all chairs before you had time to wake up. We agave small children and are up early, but still no chance. The beach and the water there is not very great either, compared to the rest of the nearby beaches. We chose to explore nearby islands and beaches by taxi boat instead, and will highly recommend Vrnik and La Banya. Taxi boats right near the hotel or electric shuttle were great options and we used them a lot. The hotel has a great location on the island, a short way to everything cool with taxi boat or shuttle. Great for families with kids! Would come back👍

Séjour en couple à Korčula !
Merveilleux séjour dans un hôtel très bien situé - Possibilité d’aller dans la veille ville de Korčula à pieds ou en bateau taxi toutes les 1/2 heures (très pratique) 2 points à améliorer absolument et rapidement toutefois : les jus de fruits servis au Petit-déjeuner sont trop chimiques et imbuvables ! Les plats du buffet le soir ne sont pas maintenus suffisamment chauds !

Great value, however room needs renovating.
At the time of booking we didn’t realize it was a buffet breakfast and dinner, which during a pandemic seems unsafe. The rooms are similar to the size of a standard cruise boat cabin. The bedroom floors are carpet. Our room had stains on carpet, and on all curtains with a cracked mirror.
