Ausgezeichneter Service. Ideal zum Entspannen.
Wir waren für 2 Wochen zu Gast in einer Sea-View-Villa in der Nebensaison (Ende Oktober/Anfang November). Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und der Service ist herzlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind durchwegs sehr gut und für ein 5 Sterne Hotel keineswegs zu teuer. Der Service ist rund um die Uhr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Top Resort
Super gepflegte Anlage, sehr guter Service, alles war Top Organisiert. 2xtäglich Zimmerservice. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück sehr gut, könnte jedoch etwas mehr Thailändisch ausgerichtet sein. Getränke und Restaurant etwas überteuert aber gut. Kleiner Privatstrand ideal zum Baden. Wir hielten uns überwiegend im Resort auf. Wer Erholung sucht ist hier an der Richtigen Adresse.

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub in einem super Hotel!
Unser Aufenthalt im Belmond Napasai betrug 11 Übernachtungen. Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich und Zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war stets topp. Gesamte Hotelanlage sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der private Strand war sehr sauber und super schön! Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Hotel in Thailand auf alle Fälle erfüllt. Uns ist nichts aufgefallen was uns gestört hätte am Hotel bzw. der Anlage. Ich kann das Hotel voll und ganz weiterempfehlen und würde selbst auch nochmal dahin fahren!

Wir hatten eine Strandvilla mit Pool, die aus mehreren Häusern bestand und am steilen Hang in einem unvergleichlichen tropischen Garten lag. Wir hatten eine eigene Welt, was nicht für das ganze Hotel gilt, aber sicher für die 11 Villen. Hervorragender Servicelevel.

Ruhige, gepflegte Hotelanlage, traumhaft gelegen, inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Liegt z.T. am Hang so dass alle einen schönen Ausblick haben. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants, Infinity-Pool, Strand wird regelmässig gereinigt. V.a. sind alle Angestellten überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben sich jede erdenkliche Mühe den Kunden einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu verschaffen. Grosser Vorteil: vom Ramba-Zamba von Koh Samui ist absolut nichts zu hören.

Napasai, Hotel für luxuriösen Urlaub
Das Hotel besteht aus unzählichen kleinen chalets im thailändischen Stil. Es ist mit seinen üppigen tropischen Grünanlagen perfekt in die Landschaft komponiert und trägt zu deren Charme bei statt sie zu stören. Selbst das Hauptgebäude, dessen Dach auf frei tragenden Säulen ruht, erweckt nicht den Eindruck eines Betongebäudes sondern eher als Teil der Landschaft. Architektonisch ist das Ganze ein Kleinod. Wir wohnten in einer der Villen mit eigenem Pool und fanden das Raumangebot schlicht luxuriös: drei Häuser mit je einem Schlafzimmer und Bad, ein weiteres Haus mit Wohnzimmer und großer Küche, alle mit phantastischem Meerblick und vozüglicher Ausstattung, z.B. mit sehr großen Flachbildfernsehern. Was wir uns noch gewünscht hätten, wären Kofferablagen und Leselampen in allen Schlafzimmern. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig. Sehr angenehm daher , dass man sich bei Bedarf kostenlos mit einem elektrischen Golf-Caddy zwischen Haus und Restaurants transportieren lassen kann. Die Pool-Anlage ist sehr ansprechend in die Landschaft integriert, der saubere Strand darunter auch für Nichtschwimmer geeignet und frei von allen Händlern jeglicher Art. Liegen und Sonnenschrime gibt es reichlich..Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich Die drei Restaurants bieten sehr gute thailändische Küche. Das Angebot an international-westlichen Speisen ist eher überschaubar.

One of the most beautiful resorts I've ever been to! Peaceful, calm, serene, relaxing, luxurious. Get the sea view villa! It has the most amazing views - even from the shower! And one of the only places on Ko Samui where you can see the gorgeous sunsets (you can't do that on the East Coast in Chaweng). You don't hear your neighbours as you are in your own little paradise bubble. Very romantic if you're there with a partner, I imagine (I was on a solo trip). There were a few young families with children but they didn't make much noise at the pool. Lovely private beach (a bit stoney here and there), gorgeous infinity pool, air-con great, Wi-Fi perfect, free fun activities like yoga, cycle tour, Muay Thai class, cooking class, free beach bag & flip flops. As the resort is a bit further away from the hustle & bustle of Bophut and closer to the jungle, it does take a about a 15 min taxi ride to tourist attractions. But I chose Napasai to relax, so I was fine to stay at the resort for the first half of my Thailand trip. I enjoyed being away from large groups of tourists. Surprisingly I was not bitten by a mosquito once but I made sure to wear strong insect repellent with DEET. The resort does spray insect repellent once a week all over the grounds, so maybe that helped as well. Lastly, the resort has the most attentive staff I've come across. Friendly, helpful but also know when to leave you in peace and quiet. I highly recommend Napasai!!!

We stayed a month in this wonderful resort on a beach front villa and absolutely loved every about Napasai resort! The villa was beautiful, food was great, access to beach and pool was terrific and the management/staff were EXCEPTIONAL from day 1 right until our departure. They were kind, considerate and always had a smile on their faces. I am a bit of a clean freak so I loved the fact that all areas of the resort (particularly the public washrooms off the pool & dining areas) were immaculate and incredibly clean. If you are looking for a place to just kick back, relax, stress free then Napasai should be on your list of places to stay! This resort is definitely a 5 Star.

D'abord le personnel d'accueil m'a permis de faire ce voyage en intervenant de façon remarquable pour obtenir le pass Thailandais. J'allais renoncer face à une administration tatillonne lorsqu'il a pris les choses en mains et obtenu le document en 24 heures. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour son extrême gentillesse et son attention de tous les instants. Les activités sont de grande qualité, le Spa notamment mais aussi pour les résa d'excursion en mer, location de véhicules etc... Trés professionnel. Bonne restauration variée. Faible fréquentation du fait des contraintes sanitaires décourageantes pour les touristes mais un plus pour les téméraires qui étaient traités comme des rois... Villa trés spacieuses sur 3 niveaux. Trés calmes avec belle piscine mais beaucoup d'escaliers pour desservir les 3 niveaux... Les équipements sanitaires bien que fonctionnant parfaitement et certains revêtements auraient quand même besoin d'être un peu modernisés. Mais trés bon séjour d'une semaine dans l'ensemble.

I highly recommend this property. It’s beautiful, private, eco friendly, clean, and the staff is AMAZING! I do suggest the property get more charging stations (both inside and outside) for electronic devices for guests as we are all more technically connected. Also, I suggest converting the bathtub into a shower with seating.

We stayed in a one bedroom garden view villa and it was spacious enough to comfortably hold the whole family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The villa was lovely and kept tidy each day which was wonderful. The Napasai is truly brilliant hotel, the pool is really nice, large and refreshing. The staff make the place the blessing it is though - every single person is dedicated to making your stay effortless

Great Getaway Resort for the Whole Family
Beautiful resort loved by our family! Very relaxing but also with lots to do. Staff is friendly, service is good, food is decent although there is only one main restaurant. We loved our time there and will want to come back!
