"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
The first room had a problem with the toilet flush, but the staff reacted quickly and gave us another room. However, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The furniture looked very worn out, the carpet had many stains, and the table in the room felt sticky.
In the morning, we noticed water leaking under the sink every time we washed our hands. The shower also made strange noises when turned on. The room felt neglected and in need of renovation.
In the evening, the restaurant was closed, but the bar was open and we ordered pizza. Unfortunately, it was very greasy and oily, and not what I would expect from a hotel of this category.
Breakfast was okay, but the area also felt rather unclean and poorly maintained. In the morning, my son suddenly developed allergy-like symptoms: red eyes and constant sneezing. This had not happened before during our trip, and we did not experience anything similar in any other hotel.
The fitness room was also disappointing. The machines worked, but looked extremely old.
The rooms are spacious, so the hotel has potential, but in its current condition it feels very run-down. We were only there for one night and were glad to leave. I honestly do not understand the 4-star rating and would not stay here again."
