„The condo was adequate in the amount of room we needed. It’s centrally located to a lot of attractions both north and south on the coast line. The condo was very clean but had some outdated appliances. None the less we had what we needed, and we could have our dog with us. We would stay here again.“

We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season!“

„We had a great time staying at the View Cottage! The view from the porch overlooking the dunes and ocean was phenomenal and there was great space to relax and enjoy our company. Beach access was very convenient and the property was well-stocked with beach supplies. We will be keeping tabs on the cottage for future stays!“

„They so s a nice house with a smart layout. Very clean considering it is pet friendly. Sure some things could use a little updating but overall is in great shape and an awesome location just off the beach. Beach chairs and toys included made packing easier, the kitchen had tons of pots and dishes, way more than we have at home. Highly recommend if you're ok with a comfy home rather a modern brand new option.“

„This is a very nice property and is in close proximity to Duck - nice walking distance. It is right on the main street so there is some road noise but not too bad, though. The walk to the beach and pool amenities are about a block away. We would definitely stay again.“

„Went to celebrate my Birthday. We frequent the Outer Banks so found this place that was great for just 2 couples. Awesome spot to relax and unwind. Love the updating being done. Little suggestions would be coasters to protect tables, maybe a screen door and have tv instructions. We would definitely rent again! Only minor thing was someone had been under house smoking and left butts and cigarette packages on ground but that isn't the owners fault.“

„Die Ferienanlage ist sehr großzügig und liegt direkt am Atlantik. In der Anlage gibt es zwei Pools, Tennisplätze, Shuffleboards, Grillplätze, Beachbar, Entertainment, uvm. Unsere Unterkunft war groß, gut ausgestattet, aber leicht schmutzig. Dies kann aber auch vom Hurrikan "Irene" herkommen. Unser Gesamteindruck war wirklich gut, die Outer Banks sind immer einen Urlaub, eine Woche ist ausreichend, wert.“

„Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!“
