Hello Samantha, i am very sorry you did not get to reach our property to stay with us because am assuming the road difficult. this road is a government road and we are working to get it fixed quickly. we can also pick you up and we have parking at the top of the road. You also cannot rate a place if you have not been there and stayed there. i am disappointed at expedia for posting this review. Hope we can welcome you again so you can have a wonderful time.

Hello, i was expecting your review, and so let me respond. 1. you paid 109usd for 3 nights, that is through expedia. you arrived late at night when my son was checking you in, you booked Escher room for 2 persons you arrived with 4 persons in total. you cursed out my son at the reception telling him you wanted the cabin you booked, he made you talk to me over the phone where you were very rude and disrespectful. i had to leave my bed in the middle of the night, to find your booking on expedia to show you what you had booked. There were 4 of you we still did not charge for the extra 2 persons, yes you were there 4 years ago and Susan (Me) was a very nice person, still is a very nice person, but i will not allow anyone to disrespect me or my son here. if you weren't trying to extort me i would have even given you another room free. you paid 4000 jmd dollars on an expedia promotion and expect to get a room for 4 persons plus breakfast for 4 persons, lady dont come back, please we dont need these negative energy, Rafjam is home away from home and as such i take care of all my guests. respect goes both ways. You are trying to kill a great place, it wont work....people like you we can do without having. trying to tell lies to look good, its crazy. i dont need to hustle lady, you got three nights for the price of one, plus 2 additional persons added. Very unfair. Another thing is that i did not check you out, i never dealt with you from the first night, i had no conversation with you, your booking did not include breakfast and you ate every day, and the staff gave you your bill....

Hello FrancoisWe have a local restaurant in the area that we support by ordering food. when you are the only guest here we cannot have a chef come in its too expensive and we need to be economical, but we have plan b. which is to order from the local restaurant and they deliver. sorry again you had this issue. next time let me know what you are going through before you leave the property. Hello Brooklyn New York, Thanks for an amazing review.. yes our food prices range from 1200jmd up to 2000jmd depending on if its fish or mutton or so.... food are very expensive in Jamaica, sorry it was a bit expensive i hope we will be able to fix this issue.
