Tolles neues Hotel nahe Kingston
Brandneues Hotel, erst Anfang Juli 2022 eröffnet. Daher sind die Zimmer in Zustand, sehr schöne moderne Ausstattung. Wir hatten die Suite mit unseren beiden Kindern, sehr großzügig bemessen, großes Bad mit großer Dusche. Bett sehr bequem. In der Nacht gab es wohl wegen technischer Probleme mehrmals Feueralarm, es wäre nett gewesen eine Erklärung/Entschuldigung für die dadurch gestörte Nachtruhe zu bekommen! Frühstück war für kanadische Verhältnisse ganz OK, allerdings überfüllter Frühstücksraum. Was für ein neu eröffnetes Hotel überhaupt nicht mehr geht sind Pappteller und Plastikbesteck!!!! Das geht doch auch anders…..

After a late night at my son's wedding - the elevators were not working and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. My 86 year old mother had a real struggle.

Both elevators were out of service when we went to retire for the evening and we had to use the stairs. The front automatic sliding doors were stuck shut in the morning after loading our belongings into our vehicle.

The shower door is on rollers and when you are inside the shower to close the shower door is very difficult because there is only one small knob inside the shower door to close and open the door from inside the shower. A big issue since the shower door is heavy to close and open. The bathroom mirror is lighted around the outside of the mirror with no light above the mirror. The lighting is very poor to see shaving oneself and for ladies applying makeup. Recommend add light above mirror. When the heating system came on it always blew cold air even though the temperature was set at 20.5 C and heat should be coming out.

Our stay here was fantastic. Although it was just a quick one-night stay, my wife and I enjoyed it very much. The hotel was spotless, the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our only regret was that we did not have enough time to enjoy the pool or surrounding area. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked that they had numerous EV Charging stations, that is important to me since I drive an EV. I did not like there is not a nice ($$$ to $$$$) sit down restaurant in walking distance.

I’m so happy that we stayed here. Staff are Very friendly especially Evangeline in the breakfast area. Reasonable price. Free breakfast, free parking, clean and quiet area. Thank you.
