Tolle Unterkunft (Suite)
Wir haben eine Suite für eine Woche gebucht. Maui war unser erster Halt auf Hawaii und die Unterlunft war perfekt dafür. Viel Platz, schnelles einchecken, gute und ruhige Lage. Personal war freundlich, Pool erfrischend.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war groß und gleich am Stand. Leider gab es eine Ameisenplage und ein ständiges lautes Summgeräusch in der ganzen Wohnung, dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Nach bestem Bemühen konnten die Mitarbeiter keine Abhilfe schaffen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen; das Hotelzimmer gleicht eher einer Suite mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und Wohnzimmer, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner, wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Alles ist in einem Top Zustand, das Bett bequem & auch der Pool perfekt für eine kurze Abkühlung. Der Ausblick war ebenfalls super. Check-out funktionierte auch schnell & gut. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was sich grundsätzlich auf Maui empfiehlt. Damit kann man bequem in wenigen Minuten zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlte. Leider sind die Fenster Glas Lamellen und bitten dadurch nur wenig Schallreduktion.

Schöne Anlage mit Pool in Strandnähe
Die Anlage ist schön in Strandnähe mit einem Pool der bis 22 Uhr genutzt werden kann - was uns sehr entgegenkam, da wir tagsüber viel unterwegs waren und abends dann doch noch schwimmen konnten. In umittelbarer Nähe kann man leider nicht gut ins Meer, dafür muss man mit dem Auto wieder nach kihei hineinfahren. Auch Infrastruktur und Geschäfte sind nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Grosses Manko: Das Hotel verfügt noch nicht über WLAN!!

Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Das Hotel ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Studio hatte eine voll ausgestattete Küche und war sauber. Wir waren im Mai da und da war es in Ordung, dass es keine Klimananlage gibt. Das Hotel ist als Standort, um Maui zu erkunden, zu empfehlen.

We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them. We were sitting on our patio. (They’re all 11) but other than her we had a fantastic time

The best thing about it was the new elevator, very fast and very quiet. The hotel had ZERO air conditioning. Weather was muggy and humid in APRIL! This property’s best days were 30 years ago. Will never book again, and will warn others to steer clear.

This property is located across the street from the beach. We had a balcony with a beautiful view, sunsets, whales, etc. Our two bedroom suite was very spacious, full kitchen, washer dryer. No ac but not needed with windows and breezes. The road in front of the resort is very busy so this also means lots of road noise. Staff was friendly, they let us stay at the pool on the day we checked out because we had a late flight.

I didn’t expect the Maui Suite to be so nice with two bathrooms too! Upgraded bathroom and kitchen was nice. Only thing was that there was a lot of traffic noise, but we got use to it in few days. Beautiful views from the balcony.

We loved the room. It was like staying in an apartment I liked that it had a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the courtyard from our balcony. Not having air conditioning really made the place suck. It was a nice location and the people were great. A/C is a must for hotels in this area. The room is unbearable. Secondly, if you have the windows open at night (and without the ac you have to) you will hear the conversations of the patrons from the restaurant beside and all the illegal parked people who access this complex. We found other accommodation on the second night. It was unbearable.

We just stayed here with our 2 young kids. The vibe is one of an intolerance for children and it was super uncomfortable staying there. We had a guy on the fourth floor harass our children from his balcony, yelling at them to stop “horse playing” when they were literally just laughing and falling into the pool from sitting on the edge. We felt uncomfortable going to the pool area or even existing with children there, which is a shame because the room was well set up for our family, had everything we needed, was clean. The room and facilities were actually really great! But with the harassment experienced we would never stay there again, particularly since it seemed that the people in the unit yelling at our children live there full time and harassed other kids and parents while we were there as well. We could have spoke to the manager, but on our short vacation we chose to go the non-drama route and just spent more time on the beach. I should also mention that the lady at the front desk at check in was lovely!

I liked the rooms and beds with an extra tv in the master bedroom. I did not appreciate the lack of ocean view. As a side note for maintenance, the ice maker appeared to leak and the fan in the master bedroom was noisy.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! Stayed there for 10 nights room b103. It had a lot going for it Pros: bottom floor, pool and hot tub was great and cleaned everyday! Full modern kitchen, washer and dryer, very quiet Cons: no tv in bedroom(I bought one from Walmart $88) no lock on screen door. It would have been nice to keep slider open at night, but not a deal breaker. they did have a fan in room because there is no a/c. I thought for the price was excellent! Reviews I read were not good.the furniture was not dated it’s Hawaiian style.There were no bugs at all (maybe they left food out). Bottom line If you want a clean place to stay without breaking the bank (which is very hard in Maui )this is a great choice.

It is a well cared for, albeit older, resort. We knew goin in that it wasn’t air conditioned, but with ceiling fans and open windows it was comfortable. The only real problems were ridiculously narrow parking spots and difficulty finding the entrance to our room. I think if they printed a small map of the property to share when guests check in, they could mark the correct entry points and that would solve the problem.

We have been here twice before. You need a car. The beach across the street is not swimable but great to watch and walk. Many places to visit nearby. Better beaches 20mins drive away. We like quiet so this is a great place for us. Staff very nice, front desk to maintenance, clean, well kept. Love the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms

Since there is no air conditioning you have to keep the windows open and the neighbors below us were so loud. We loved the room and the property was really beautiful. The kids loved the pool too. We were really happy with our stay. I just wish they would have had ac that would have been really nice.
