Sehr angenehme und gut positionierte Unterkunft. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal. Das einzige was ein wenig negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Lautstärke der Klimageräte sowohl innen als auch außen auf dem Balkon.

Gutes Hotel in Kihei
Die Anlage ist sehr gross und schon etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt. Unsere Wohnung war riesig mit Küche, Balkon, 2 Badezimmer. Die Einrichtung war nicht sehr modern aber absolut ok. Für mein Geschmack ist es etwas zu teuer für diesen Standart.Die Lage ist in Gehdistanz zu feinen Restaurants.

Wir waren im März für sechs Nächte im Maui Hill. Obwohl wir nur "Garden View" buchen konnten, konnten wir von unserem riesigen Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen und zwei Sonnenliegen über die Anlage bis aufs Meer gucken. Das Appartement war riesig mit zwei Badezimmern. Zweiter Balkon am Schlafzimmer. Zwei TVs. Wie überall in Amerika haben die Holzdecken sehr geknatscht, wenn oben jemand gelaufen ist... Aber ok. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Spüli und Waschmittel für die Spülmaschine vorhanden. Gewürze eher rar. Zu Fuß war man in fünf Minuten am Strand. Restaurants waren ebenfalls in fußläufiger Erreichbarkeit. Da wir erst am späten Abend zurück geflogen sind, konnten wir am Abend noch mal in ein Appartement und dort duschen. Das war sehr nett.

Ein einfach perfekter Urlaub
Es ist gar nicht so einfach ein Hotel zu beschreiben in dem einfach alles perfekt geklappt hat. Die Lage ist ein Traum, das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf den Ozean. Zum Strand führt eine Treppe. Die Zimmer (Wohnungen) sind gigantisch groß. Per Schrittmaß haben wir für unser "Zimmer" deutlich über 100m² ermittelt. Einer unserer Balkons zeigte direkt in den Garten und war größer als manches Hotelzimmer das wir schon hatten. Der andere Balkon ging zur Zufahrtsstraße (den haben wir nicht genutzt ). Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr stilvoll, alle Möbel passen zusammen. Es gibt Schaukelstuhl, eine Riesencouch, 3 Fernseher ( ja einer im Wohnzimmer und in den beiden Schlafzimmern ) DVD-Player, eine richtige Stereoanlage. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Riesenkühlschrank. Im Zimmer gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Persoanal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ledigilch die Lady am Tourdesk war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu geschäftstüchtig, aber es ist ja niemand gezwungen im Hotel irgendwelche Aktivitäten zu buchen. Wir können dieses Hotel ( trotz des relativ hohen Preises ) uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden es sicherlich wieder buchen.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo. Ours was on the second floor so we had to drag our suitcases up a staircase. For us it was not a problem however. The rooms are vintage but in good condition and very specious with really high ceilings. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed. The balcony was airy and spacious with a view towards other condos and a beautiful garden. This property is located on an actual hill so you will be driving up a hill towards the office and then the condo they assign you. Plenty of parking. The jacuzzi next to the pool was amazing, especially after a long day of hiking and exploring. If you at a condo higher on the hill walking to the nearby beaches will take more than 2,3 minutes but there is plenty of parking so you can drive there. Keawakapu Beach was the nearest and was great for sunsets. From this property to the west beaches it’s approximately an hour. Thirty minutes drive to the south beaches, hour and forty to Haleakala, and two hours and thirty minutes to Hana. We had 2 beach chairs in our condo that we could use but no beach umbrella. They give you a beach towel each which you need to return at the end of the stay or you will pay a small fee if lost. The condo has a safe in the room. Four stars just because after a 10 minute shower the supply of hot water runs out and it slowly goes from look-warm to cold and you need to wait for it to hit up again. Something to keep in mind if there is more people in your group. Overall great stay!

Really beautiful pool and area. Front desk, James, is a real pro and So friendly. Very clean everywhere. Comfortable beds. Great location and starting point for other destinations, especially, Wailea shopping. Felt safe. And not to forget the balcony or lanai…it was huge! Well appointed and could accommodate 6 people. We had the 2 bedroom. 2 Queen beds and sofa bed.

It was a 4 out of 5 stars for us. Found big cockroach like bugs in the shower on two ocassions. The rooms were a bit dated but worked well. Grat having washer and dryer on site. The 'garden view' was a couple flowering trees off the back patio. Pool was amazing though. Hospitality was great. No bar or grocery items onsite, but there was a nice general store in the hotel across the road that could be utilized. Overall 4 of 5.

We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults, 2 teens, January). Amazing beach less than 10 minute walk, definitely a must see at sunset. Lots of great restaurants and activities within 5-10 min drive. The pool was a highlight for the teens. Lots of other amenities including massages, Thursday happy hour, putting, shuffleboard etc. The condo was well stocked, full kitchen, AC, beach chairs and umbrella. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Will Definitely go back!

Our first hotel was cancelled. What a nice surprise here at the "hill". We loved the proximity to Wailea. We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, the pool, the washer/dryer in unit, the wonderful bathrooms, the friendly Staff, the distant ocean view...we would definitely return!
