The hotel resorts is huge (like a park) and therefore very quiet. The breakfast offers a high variety of local and international food. The service staff were very friendly and willing to help. The hotel location is excellent. The beach is only few steps away and the local restaurants reachable within 5 minutes walk. We had a room with a perfect view on the sea.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist einmalig! Es ist sehr sauber, ständig wird überall geputzt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber war trotzdem 1A. Die Taxi-Fahrer des Hotels sind sehr freundlich, fahren sehr sicher (Linksverkehr). Die Lage ist zwar ausserhalb der Stadt Phuket, ca. 30 Taxi-Minuten oder mehr (je nach Verkehr) und um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man eine Straße überqueren. Das Wasser ist warm, sauber und seicht. Toll für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Hotel hat aber keinen Sonnenschirm- oder Liegenverleih am Strand. Es gibt keine Toiletten und Süßwasser-Duschen am Strand. Die Badetücher vom Hotel-Pool darf man zum Strand mitnehmen.

Schoener erholsamer Urlaub
Ich war eine Woche im Hilton-Arcadia und war einigermassen Ueberrascht, das Hotel insgesamt ist schon etwas aelter und in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service aber ungebrochen sehr gut, besonders das Thai-Thai Restaurant samt Staff hohe Qualitaet und ausgezeichnet im Service und sehr zu empfehlen.Sehr weitraeumige Anlage mit gepflegter Garten-Parkanlage sorgt fuer Entspannnung und Erholung. Ich komme wieder zurueck und freue mich bereits schon jetzt wieder dort zu sein.

Das Hilton ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Spa in Strandnähe. Es ist ein bisschen abgelehner und die schönen Sandstrände sind fast immer leer. Das Personal und der Sevice im Hotel war hervorragend. Egal ob mit Famlilie, als Paar oder mit Kollegen es lohnt sich sehr dort ins hotel zu gehen.

Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Seit dem letzten Aufenthalt hat sich nicht viel am Hotel geändert. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Reinigung ist wirklich sehr gut, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Shampoo, Spülung und Lotion werden ebenfalls jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Etwa 200m links vom Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Markt mit einigen Ständen und Restaurants. Wenn man das Hotel rechts rum verlässt, kommt man ins Zentrum von Karon. Geschätzt etwa 1km, das kommt einem aber nicht so lang vor, da ca. 300m vom Hotel entfernt schon die Märkte und Restaurants beginnen, die sich bis ins Zentrum hinziehen. Am Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist nicht viel los. Keine Liegen, keine Massagestation mehr. Das liegt wohl an neuen Vorschriften. Die Hotelanlage ist die größte in Phuket und umfasst ca. 108ha. Es gibt einen Spabereich (die Behandlungen werden in einzelnen kleinen klimatisierten Villen gemacht), Tennisplatz (draußen), klimatisierte Squashhallen, Billard, Tischtennis, Fitnessstudio mit professionellen Geräten, einen Porträtzeichner, mehrere Shops, ein Cafe, mehrere Pools jeweils mit Poolbar, Pizzeria... Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauert ca. 1 Stunde

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. In 5 bis 10 min in der Stadt. Strand direkt vorm Hotel. Strand riesig, sauber und nicht überfüllt. Zimmer super ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Super Service und sehr freundliches Personal welches oft von sich aus fragt ob sie für einen noch was tun können. Zimmer haben alle schöne Aussicht auf Strand oder Garten. Riesige Anlage mit vielen Pools, Bars und Spazier Möglichkeiten.

Dieses Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, es ist unter Anderem zu einer Chinesenhochburg geworden, welche nur ein bis zwei Tage verweilen. Diese Chinesen reisen scheinbar alle wieder sehr früh ab, deshalb geht das Geklopfe an den Türen schon um 6 Uhr jeden Tag los und auch das Türenschlagen im minutentakt, geschweige vom Geschreie und lautem Reden. In diesem Hotel war ich rechts und links umgeben von lärmenden Chinesen. Der Service ist gut vor allem die Zimmerreinigung. Preis -Leistung passt nicht, denn für plus minus 200,00 EUR am Tag kann man etwas Anderes erwarten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter und werde es nicht mehr buchen. Für einen Bruchteil des Geldes findet man etwas Besseres.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir mussten bei Ankunft eine Kaution von 360,00 € für 9 Tage per Visacard hinterlegen. Dieser Betrag wird vom Konto abgebucht und erst 14 Tage nach Abreise wieder dem Konto gutgeschrieben. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit, soviel kann man gar nicht essen oder trinken. Wenn man was verzehrt wird dieses beim auschecken noch extra abgebucht und nicht mit der Kaution verrechnet. Die Poolhandtücher waren teilweise löchrig. Die Dusche ein einziges Wechselbad von kochend heiß bis eiskalt. So etwas geht für ein 5 Sterne Haus gar nicht. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch nicht abwechslungsreich. Die Hotelanlage ist groß und sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Leider ist das Hotel bzw. auch der ganze Ort von Russen übervölkert, was nicht so meinem Geschmack entspricht. Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen, da Preis- Leistung nicht stimmt.

Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt von 3-4 Tagen geeignet
Große Hotelanlage mit mächtigen Betonbauten die durch die Gartenanlage gut kompensiert werden. Die Pools liegen schön eingebunden in die Anlage. Der Pool zum Strand hat den Nachteil, direkt an einer viel befahrenen Strasse zu liegen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht, jedoch nur ein Standardzimmer für 2 Personen erhalten und mussten das 3. Bett für unseren Sohn zusätzlich zahlen. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und gut. Das Personal freundliche aber bei Verhandlungen auch sehr bestimmt.

Im Grossen und Ganzen ist es eine schöne und grosse Hotel Anlage. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr teuer im Vergleich zu den Restaurants am Strand / Im Zentrum (5-10 Gehminuten). Von einem westlichen Standard gesehen sind die Zimmer eher 3-4 Sterne. Kostenloses WLAN gibt es nur an der Rezeption. WLAN in den Zimmern kostet rund 8 Euro am Tag. Der Strand wird von einer gut befahrenen Strasse vom Hotel getrennt. Es steht jedoch eine Wachmann dort, der die Hotelgäste sicher über die Strasse führt. Es ist ein gutes Hotel, jedoch erreicht es keine westliche 5 Sterne.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Bei den Pool's bekommt man immer einen Schattenplatz. Diese sind toll in die Anlage integriert und sauber. Der Strand ist nah, jedoch da auch öffentlich, nicht ganz sauber. Die Preise für Getränke, Essen sind an das deutsche Niveau angeglichen, also recht teuer. Aufpassen muß man bzgl. der Preisangabe (nicht nur im Hotel). Diese ist oft Netto und dann kommen 10% Service und 7% Steuer hinzu. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Von der Uferstraße bekommt man nichts mit, auch wenn laute TukTuk's unterwegs sind.

Sollte ich wieder mal nach Phuket reisen, werde ich mich sicher wieder dort einquartieren!!! Wir waren dort für 13 Nächte und haben auch ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten! Frühstück, Bars oder Restaurant außerhalb der Hotelanlage fussläufig in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Sehr schöner Strand direkt in Karon und direkt vom Hotel aus erreichbar. Der Strand ist nicht überlaufen! Wirklich angenehm! Jederzeit wieder!

My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort and were thoroughly impressed. Here's why we loved it: The Good Location: Set on the quieter stretch of Karon Beach, the resort offers a peaceful escape while still being within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The beach itself is beautiful with soft sand and clear water. Rooms: Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a fantastic ocean view from the balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. Facilities: The multiple pools were fantastic, especially the one with the slide for a bit of fun! We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the spa treatments were heavenly. Food: The breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of cuisines. We also dined at the restaurants which were all delicious, especially the Thai restaurant. The Could Be Better Service: While most of the staff were friendly and helpful, there were a few occasions where service felt a little slow, especially at peak times. Wi-FI: The Wi-Fi connection could be spotty in certain parts of the resort. Overall We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation at the Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. It's a fantastic option for those seeking a luxurious beach escape with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would highly recommend it and would love to return in the future.

This was a fantastic place if you like uncrowded, quiet, upscale and close to the beach but away from traffic and street noise. Extremely spacious. The beach here is excellent, it too was spacious. I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect Family Holiday Hotel
The perfect stay for a family holiday but not quite a 5 star. We did enjoy the location and the view from the rooms, the room cleaning and bar staff were 5 star, check in needs to be addressed.
