The room and property is not but I want be booking here anymore the fact you have to pay for parking is crazy I have never in my life had to pay for parking at a hotel 32 dollars is crazy and that’s not for valet that’s self parking just crazy

The hotel was very clean, upgraded nice bathroom and shower, beds were comfortable and the view amazing. The only thing we did not like was that our room was right by the elevators and you can hear them moving through the walls constantly.

Room was nice and tidy as a couple staying for two nights the tea and coffee facilities were wholly inadequate 1 tea bag and two coffee sachets. A coffee/ hot water device that was of extremely poor quality, leaked over the bench top.

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Our room was almost 80 degrees and we asked them to send someone to fix it. We never heard back so we assumed it was fixed. No, returned to the same temp. Called multiple times to ask to be moved and no one answered. Finally packed up and headed to the desk. The manager was rude and acted like we were being ridiculous about the temps didnt even offer a sorry. She acted annoyed that we existed. Worst experience
