It's important to note that our property doesn't accept cash deposits, a policy clearly outlined on all booking platforms. As a result, our front desk team was eagerly awaiting your arrival, expecting to complete the check-in process. While I understand your frustration and disappointment, unfortunately, we're unable to issue a refund in this instance.
