Very disappointing stay.
We were booked for 7 days as my husband was competing in the Ironman race.We arrived with a lot of luggage including a bike box at 2.45pm after been travelling since 6am that morning. No way of entering complex as code for gate was never given in previous emails. When we eventually got to speak to caretaker he wanted us to travel 2 km to town center to an agency to check-in and then walk back to complex.We refused and were eventually let in to apartment exhausted and stressed. We realised there was no sheets and were told it was an extra 20 euros for these. Towels had to be paid for aswell. The basics of toilet paper and soap were not available either. No WiFi network was available to log into and when we asked about it a day later we were given a hotspot box to connect ourselves. Constant maintenence from filling swimming pool,cleaning drains, paint and grass work all week. Constant noise.Emailed the agency to say we were not happy,still no reply.On Friday the 3rd of May the codes to the gate's were changed again without any notice and we found ourselves locked out with and elderly couple who were also guests .Caretaker wrote down new code on piece of paper and seemed to think this was acceptable procedure. We got and email 24hrs later to tell us the codes were changed but nothing about our previous complaints.Overall a very disappointing vacation. We will not use Green village again.
