Die Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert! Im Zimmer muss auch mal in Ecken gesaugt werden, der Pool muss gereinigt und neu gestrichen werden. Die Poolhandtücher hatten Löcher und waren schon hauchdünn. Was jedoch gar nicht geht, war das Frühstück. Auch unter amerikanischen Gesichtspunkten sollte man den „breakfast room“ besser sofort schließen. Ein ! gestauchter Müsliriegel lag dort und beim Herauslassen von Saft waren Fruchtfliegen im Getränk. Weiteres haben war dann gar nicht mehr angerührt. Persönlich beklagen konnten wir das auch nicht, da die Rezeption noch geschlossen war. Man weiß wohl, warum…

Comfy bed, but some of the towels and pillow cases had dirty marks on them. It is a joke that they advertise 'breakfast included'. Coffee and orange juice dispensers empty. Nothing else to drink or to eat except 1 scoop of raisin bran. Guess they figure McDonald's is right there, so go buy your own.

obvious effort towards good presentation of the property, reception staff was exceptional; which prevents me from writing a bad review. our room was clean, yet had a crumbled up paper in a bedside drawer and a used wash cloth still on the rod in the shower. Breakfast is a roll or cereal ... I understand physical location hampers oversight, which may account for the shortcomings - but property listing should be for Continental breakfast to lower traveller expectation

Booked a king bed, but because we had a dog we could only have double beds. Was given keys to a room that was occupied already. Went back to desk check in twice to get a room. Room was very dated, bathroom toilet would just start making noise in the middle of the night. Would not recommend

I arrived on the day that was the first day for a new manager. There was a computer issue and she could not get me checked and however she went through extra steps to make sure that I could still get in my room. Once in the room there was another slight problem.I called her and she immediately switched me to another room. I did not have anymore problems after that. I think for her first day she did an outstanding job trying to accommodate her customer. I believe if she is left in charge as manager.There will be many more improvements to the current condition of the hotel. I would definitely stay again if she is there.

Where do I start... Let's see. I booked a room with King bed and I was given a 2 queens bed room... queen beds were not queen beds and I know it because me and my wife couldn't fit on those bed. When I inquired about it at night hotel told me they had notified Expedia well in advance that the room will not be available and when I called Expedia to complaint about why Expedia did not inform me, They confirmed that Hotel had never reached out to them about anything. They offered to accommodate me in another hotel which was 25 miles away from where I was and it was 10:30 PM at night... I was there for my college residency and had to wake up at 6 and report at the university early so there was no way after driving from Texas for 14 hours. There was no cleanliness. Rugs were sticky and dirty so much that we were not able to walk barefoot in the room.

The property is close to the freeway, gas, and fast food. Staff was very kind and helpful. The motel is old, was charged an extra person fee for rooms that had two beds and two people making the rate per room much more than the value. Breakfast was not good. Both juices appeared expired. Everything else seemed like “left overs” and not appetizing. Would have chosen different had I known I was getting charged more for more than one occupant and there wasn’t enough breakfast for two people just after it opened.

If you need a convenient place to stop for the night, after you have had dinner, this is your place. It’s clean, reasonably priced and just off 75. The area is very rural. We had to go 11 miles back up to the next exit for dinner. The breakfast had a lot to be desired. Two cereal choices with a gallon jug of milk, coffee, and nine cinnamon rolls the size of 50 cent coins…nothing more…and we were the first to arrive. The person on duty was helpful, efficient and friendly.

Very mediocre but cheap
Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was really friendly on check in. Now the negatives: there was hot water in the toilet so condensation all over the seat in the morning, the water in the shower never got hot. Luke warm shower at best. Breakfast was atrocious and no one was there to tell when I left in the morning. Rate was good, but it should have been. Probably will pay more and stay elsewhere next trip.

We are sorry you felt that way, but we want you to know that is not usually the case.. we were snowed in when you were on property and a lot of people weren’t traveling due to the inclement weather. We were also short staffed due to employees living in treacherous areas and not being able to come in.

The receptionist was pleasant, and the room looked fairly recently renovated. The worst part of our stay was that the heater/AC unit remote control didn’t work and the room was too hot throughout the night. The AC unit was quite noisy, which made it very hard for us to sleep. Also the water temperature of the shower and the sink kept changing by itself.

Very nice check-in staff!!! And gave great recommendations for area dining. The bedsheets were very worn. Although rooms are fine, very dark paint on walls, tubs in need of caulking, old coffee pod left in Kuereg, only one pod left, gives a sense of need for more general upkeep and housekeeping services.

Economical stay for one night
Stay was good. Beds were comfartable but bathrooms can use some repairs. Shower was not in good condition either. But overall price and comfar are good for a one night stay

False Advertisement
This property was not as advertised. It was very old and shabby and the hot water lasted maybe 5 minutes. It advertised breakfast that was nonexistent until asked about then it was 5 broken and crumbled granola bars that were strategically placed on trays to look like more. The staff had a sign on the front door that they would be right back but I am 100 percent sure it was to avoid dealing with any guests as they did not return for over an hour and they wore us out waiting so we left. Fale advertising and should be removed from your sight because it IS that bad.

We are currently still waiting on equipment to arrive to begin the hot breakfast again. Needs updating but decent value
If you're hung up on aesthetics, this might not be your place. Carpet and bathroom desperately need updating. The free breakfast didn't exist at 9 am, so get there early. It consists of mini-muffins and cereal if you do. Luckily, McDonalds is right across the lot. On the plus-side, the bed was excellent and the room had newer fridge, microwave and keurig. TV was newer as well. We had a quiet stay. We needed a place to crash on a Friday night before a home game for UT. Most places were charging double and triple what we paid and I'm sure plenty of them had a lesser experience. 8.0/10 based on value.

There was supposed to be free breakfast but when I arrived and asked about breakfast I was told it’s a grab and go. In the morning I went to grab breakfast there was nothing but coffee. I went back an hour later to check it was the same nothing. Went to the office to complain at 9:00am and no one was there😡
