Oasis in Jaipur
Very friendly staff, indian signature restaurant is highly recommended ($$$), pool site big and good water quality. All in all a great stay inside this oasis of the bustling city. Try to get a room away from the railroad.

Die öffentlichen Bereiches des Hotels, wie die Lobby, der Poolbereich, die Restaurants und der Spa sind sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Besonders das Essen und der Service im Peshawri und die Massage im Spa haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings hatte ich ein paar kleinere Probleme mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die zwar behoben wurden, weswegen der Aufenthalt allerdings nicht perfekt war. Außerdem könnte zumindest das Zimmer, das ich hatte, mal renoviert werden.

Luxuriöse Oase der Ruhe im schönen Jaipur
Ich bin bereits in einigen 5-Sterne-Hotels abgestiegen, aber dieses war bislang das beste. Es mag natürlich sein, dass mein positiver Eindruck mit Jaipur und dem Amber Fort zusammenhängt, die mir beide ausgesprochen gut gefallen haben. Das ITC Rajputana ist eine luxuriöse Anlage mit freundlichem und serviceorientiertem Personal. Mein Zimmer (Standardkategorie) war groß und verfügte neben einem Schreibtisch auch über eine Sitzecke mit Tisch, so dass ich auch bei aufgebautem Laptop problemlos etwas essen konnte. Ist ja leider nicht immer selbstverständlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich inkl. vieler indischer Spezialitäten. Ich fühlte mich auch immer sicher, was die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke angeht. Dass gleich 5 Flaschen Mineralwasser pro Tag kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, empfand ich ebenfalls als sehr hilfreich. Ich habe mir für die Fahrt zum Amber Fort beim Hotel einen Wagen inkl. Fahrer für einen halben Tag gemietet. Der Preis war mehr als fair - etwa 20€. Am zweiten Tag habe ich mir ein Tuk Tuk gemietet für den Trip in die Pink City. Den Fahrer Khan vor der Hotelanlage kann ich empfehlen. Er macht einen guten Job, spricht auch sehr gut Englisch. Aber auch er will, wie alle seine Kollegen, einen zu Basaren / Juwelieren etc. fahren. Klipp und klar Nein sagen! Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der sich einmal etwas gönnen möchte, ohne dafür Phantasiepreise zu zahlen.

Super Hotel, eine Oase auf hohem Nevau
Für unsere Goldenes Dreieck Rundreise hatten wir - ein 4 Sterne Hotel in Delhi gebucht (entsprach unseren Erwartungen - das Sheraton in Jaipur (5 Sterne) - ein 5 Sterne Hotel in AGRA Das Sheraton entspricht den Erwartungen bestens. Wer glaubt, das ein indisches 5 Sterne- Hotel nicht dem europäischen Standard entspricht wird hier eines besseren belehrt. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, großzügig ausgestattet und auf einem super Standard. Und das alles auch noch zu einem super Preis. Wir währen gerne länger geblieben. Einzigste Anmerkung: Wein ist teuer und die Temperatur im Hotel ist für Europäer zu weit runtergekühlt (wie überall in Asien). Das Hotel in AGRA dagegen war eine einzige Entteuschung.

Every single aspect of service was rubbish. From luggage at check-in to the worst part which was F&B. Staff didn’t have a clue about their own ordering process T JAL Mahal where we had breakfast. Half the facilities were shut (it was peak season). I will never return !!

I have stayed at ITC Maurya and was looking forward to staying at ITC Rajputana but both properties are miles apart in terms of both location and rooms. ITC Rajputana is a very old property and the rooms are average at best. Breakfast was good but they messed up one of our orders for eggs. Aside from this, we took two meals at Jaipur Pavillion and they were good. The staff at the property was very professional and made efforts to make us comfortable.

I had my worst experience in this 5 star property. 1. The breakfast was not of good quality. 2. Door of our room and towards balcony was broken. 3. The spa experience could have been better but the spa manager only smiled once we made the payment. 4. Worst of all, they threw my belongings and did not cooperate at all. I called them multiple times, went to reciption to understand what has happened but noone was taking the responsibility for it. 5. The person who was managing the swimming pool area was also rude. 6. Very small rooms. Worst worst experience ever. Highly disappointing. No respect for guests. No facilities. Only the cleaning staff was humble. Unprofessional managers.

From check in to check out, the entire stay was amazing with friendly and courteous staff at every point of contact. The dining experience was particularly amazing, the highlight of every day being the vast spread for breakfast, something for every palate and dietary consideration - and if it was available, the staff found a way to make something wonderful to suit our and our kids needs. Very clean, family friendly and centrally located in the heart of Jaipur. Would highly recommend this and any ITC line of hotels.

Excellent hotel, with excellent service overall. A point to take into consideration is the speed of service in the breakfast room, cafe and bar. It seems to be a fully respected chain of command for everything. If we needed a glass for a beer or to pour water; we noticed the order was given to another person and then to another one, and 15 minutes later we had the glass. It should be easier. Let alone a coffee or olive oil.

Dirty and Poor service
This place looks dated and dirty. The rooms feels runned down, and the carpets in the common areas are full of stains. When you walk the corridors you can see the view of an I internal patio and it looks dirty and without maintenance. I decided to stay in this hotel after visit the ITC in Delhi for dinner and it's a lower level of experience by far! The services was very bad!!! Check in was slow and bureaucratic they asked me to feel more forms here than in any other hotel in India. Besides that the staff could not manage to print some documents that I needed for boarding my plane... Just pure incompetence

Experience worth forgetting
Too slow check in, check out was even worse. No invoice provided. Needed too much of follow up for invoice over calls and email. Still unsure of release of credit block. Gym opens at 7.15 am. Room service is too slow. Not worth staying.

The linens on the bed were not cleaned . The pillows were the worst. The water in the bathtub did not drain properly. Corridors were very dirty . We did complained to the manager but he did not do anything about it .Except for the morning buffet nothing was good . shame for such a good brand of hotels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
