Gutes Hotel für Partygäste
Das Hotel und die zentrale Lage haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Empfang war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr unterkühlt, aber akzeptabel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das sehr teure Essen im Hotelrestaurant war leider nur lauwarm und das Ribeye-Steak entsprach weder in der Zubereitung (nicht medium), noch in der Qualität, dem Preis. Als wir nach dem Abendessen gegen 21.30 Uhr in unser Zimmer kamen waren extrem laute Musik und stark vibrierende Bässe von der Liveband, die in der zum Hotel gehörenden Bar spielte, zu hören. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption sollte ab spätestens 22.00 Uhr die Nachtruhe gewährleistet werden. Um kurz nach 22.00 Uhr hatte die Liveband zwar ihren Auftritt beendet, aber die Party ging mit DJ-Musik noch einige Stunden weiter. Somit war eine störungsfreie Nachtruhe für uns und zahlreiche Gäste auf unserer Etage nicht möglich.

Loved this hotel
The Wort Hotel is the place to stay when visiting Jackson. It is perfect, close to all restaurants and shops. And the history of this hotel is so interesting. Loved staying there. Two Restaurants and a bar is on the 1st Floor. It is so convenient. It ended up they were our favorites by far in the whole town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Wort. Jackson is beautiful and the Wort is right in the center of all of it. Staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The only things we would say can be improved upon are the rooms are a bit dated. Bathrooms could be refreshed. Also Wi-Fi didn’t work in our rooms, only in the lobby. A small issue, but something in 2023 that needs to be addressed. other than that everything was outstanding

Fantastic location and fun western decor. Great art. our only complaint and it is so picky, but for a 4 star hotel the towels were terrible. Scratchy and small. For the price we paid for one night, I expected luxurious oversized linens and awesome amenities.

We have a lot of history on the walls, thanks for your review Sheri. We feel the original art work throughout the hotel and in the rooms creates a unique western experience walking distance from town square.

The hotel itself is nice, there's a bar and restaurant with friendly staff. There's a couple fireplaces you can get cozy and warm up, there's also a lot interesting artwork throughout the hotel. The concierge was the best, she was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. She was able to book all our requests and gave good recommendations. I stayed a week and only a couple issues. 1. there is something wrong with the ventilation system on the first floor. kitchen smells like fried food were enough to make me gag as i walked down the hall. 2. room service did not respond for 2 days, had to contact front desk to get it resolved.

Great location, though average hotel
Location could not be better, but the actual hotel is a bit over-embellished online. It was OK, but a bit out-dated. The restaurants were not terribly good, but fun and convenient. Desk staff was friendly in person, but not terribly helpful on the telephone prior to our stay. Overall, one is paying a high price to be in the center of Jackson, which might be worth it. It is not the luxurious hotel one expects to find however.

This location is perfect for visiting Jackson, WY, and the room was very nice. The convenience of the restaurants and entertainment at night was great. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food and slow service, though that was impacted by staff shortages.
