Die hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet und ist leider ziemlich weit weg von Stadt ,kinderpool war leider nicht befühlt wir haben keine frühstück gebucht dazu kann ich leider nichts sagen minibar war nicht sauber die dusche ist ohne Duschkabine. Aufgebaut daher wenn mann duscht entstande wasserfütze ansonsten war alles ok personal lieb

Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung und das Personal super freundlich. Leider ist die Zimmerreinigung trotz zweifacher Aufforderung nicht auf einem annehmbaren Niveau gekommen. Das war sehr enttäuschend.

Stuff were mean and not honest. Frown faces with rude behavior. They provide rooms not as per as the reservation, air conditioning not working . I sweat all night long , I had to fight after midnight to change room . It is awful experience. That’s Turky services .. zero respect, zero service, zero customer support.

Highly recommend staying here. We had another place booked but were very unhappy and booked here the night before hoping it was better. It was amazing, the staff were amazing with helping us get around with transportation and recommending things to do. The room had a fantastic view, very clean and had no problem with it at all. Food from restaurant was also good, my daughter had to take an exam and it had great wifi and was very quiet so she could complete it. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I booked a junior suite and it was very large & comfortable, felt like an apartment. It is perfect for a longer stay. There was issue with the heat in my room for the first couple days which made me a little upset because I was very cold. I went to the front desk and the front desk agent ( I regret I didn't get his name ) kindly offered me a new room right away. One of the employees came to help me with the luggage and escorted me to my new room. It was so warm and cozy, I absolutely loved it and really enjoyed the stay for the next few days. The restaurant on the 17th floor ( The Crown ) was fantastic. The food was so delicious and the view was amazing. The bartender made me a special drink, which was very tasty. You should definitely check it out. It is much better than the restaurant in the lobby area.
