Preis-Leistung ist optimal, der Hotelmanager ist sehr Hilfsbereit und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist außerhalb des Hotels auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.

Positiv: Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal, saubere Unterkunft (tägliche Reinigungsservice), zentral gelegen, Frühstück war reichlich und lecker. Für kurze Aufenthalte ( bis 5 Tage) ein wirklich gutes Hotel. Negativ: Zimmer zu klein, zu wenig Stauraum für längeren Aufenthalt, leider kein Aufzug ( im Hotel Nebengebäude)

The staff was very, very nice and always offered their help, their advices. My husband celebrated his birthday on the Bosphorus Dinner Tour, which we booked thru the Hotel, and the staff even made sure that he had a cake! We are very happy with our stay there and would like to visit them every year! Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the staff could not be more accommodating, they go out of their way to help you with anything you need and make your stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible, especially Ali at the front desk. The hotel is Close to major attractions and Tramway. The spa was amazing. Make sure you don’t miss it, you will get a discount if you are a hotel resident. Breakfast was very good with generous portions. I highly recommend this hotel. I will happily be back next time I visit Istanbul.

I really enjoyed the spa experience I booked. However, hotel experience was poor. The rooms we were in were stuffy and small. We weren't provided a safe as promised. The shower head wasn't working and we had to use the tap to shower which was extremely difficult. The sink in the bathroom was extremely small and a shelf right above it made it difficult to do simple things like wash your face. Also, chocolates in our room went missing twice after cleaners had been in the room. Staff were helpful but wouldn't recommend this place nor would I return.

We had a great stay but our room (108) was way too small. It was difficult to get in the bed. Packing our suitcase was difficult, there was no space left. The room of our friends (104) was much bigger but wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Our small was very clean.

Nous avons été accueillis par un personnel de réception très chaleureux et serviable, ce qui a contribué à une expérience initiale positive. Cependant, dès notre arrivée dans la chambre, nous avons été déçus par le niveau de propreté. Des poils sur le lit et des cheveux sur les murs de la salle de bain qui sont restés pendant deux jours ont nécessité notre intervention pour nettoyer. De plus, l'attitude de la femme de chambre laissait à désirer, avec un accueil limite. L'emplacement de l'annexe dans une petite ruelle sombre a également été un point négatif. En résumé, bien que le personnel de réception ait été accueillant, l'expérience globale a été entachée par des problèmes de propreté et d'attitude du personnel.

The annexe part of hotel is not fit for purpose. Be careful. 1st night we put in a basement room next to the buildings boiler room.So very noisy-diffvult night to sleep. I booked a room with a city view. We looked up to car wheel arches from our very small wiindow.towels paper thin and duvet was a double put on a queen. 2nd night put in a room on 1st floor right next to the front door of building. The door is not insulated- each entry and exit was loud and noisy. And we heard each time upstsirs room flushed their toilet or used their shower. No chairs in the room to sit.No spoons to use to make hot drinks but after looking inside kettle it wasn't worth it. No fire exit information in room and right outside the annexe building cars tightly squeezed up close which makes entry and exit to annexe building diffcult and a risk if needed to leave building. The hotel recommended a dinner cruise using a leaflet which they had it was NOT what we got when we turned up to boat. I felt we were misled The positives was the perfect location for the 3 day city visit-walking distance to The Basilica Cistern, Hagia Sophia,Blue mosque,Grand Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. The amazing food and the friendliness of the people for that i was grateful. I wish I had stayed in the main hotel i persumed the annexe building would have been similiar. Istanbul experience was still amazing.The accomadtion and cruise were disappointing. The hotel gifted us a table cloth each-thank you.

I had a terrible experience staying at this so-called hotel. I had booked a large room with one double bed and one single bed, but when we arrived, we were told that all the rooms were booked and were given cheap rooms in a nearby building. The conditions were not up to par with what we had expected. I feel that Expedia should not continue to promote these types of hotels on their website.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sultan Suleyman Hotel and Spa. The staffs were so friendly and kind. They were very accommodating helpful. The breakfast service was also so great. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there mostly because of the friendly staff and great food. The rooms were very, very small but the location was great walkable and overall very nice. So thank you Sultan Suleyman staff!!!

Absolutely disgusting on arrival, introduced ourselves showed booking got told that we won’t be able to sleep in the room that was booked, when asked why stated it was not ready, which is utterly disgusting as we had it booked way in advance. Stated that we will be in a triple room and that they will put a single bed in the room for us. On arrival to the bedroom, absolutely atrocious, I don’t know where to start whilst writing this very poor review, the beds were not made properly, very tight space, the bed my pregnant sister in law as she sat it literally broke, the mattress fell, there was spider webs under the bed and on the side of the tables , the mirror had so much dust. And the bathroom very disgusting not clean, feaces on the toilet, very dusty and absolutely disgusting. No recommendations for this hotel for anyone to stay. Reported all this to management and nothing was done. Same night had to leave hotel as we couldn’t bare a minute to stand there.

The hotel was very nice, and it was conveniently close to all of the main attractions, public transportation, and amenities. The staff was helpful in suggesting things to do during our stay and provided us with the best ways to spend our holiday in Istanbul. The spa was also very nice. The hospitality was great, as they cleaned our room every day and provided a great breakfast.

Le personnel était très à l’écoute, même si le changement de chambre que j’ai demandé la veille par mail n’a pas été fait à mon arrivée. L’immeuble annexe où se trouvait ma chambre et dans une rue sombre,et n’ a pas de gardien. la vue de ma chambre était horrible. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. La localisation n’est pas idéale car il faut monter de grandes pentes pour accéder au tram.

The younger employees at the hotel were very helpful and genuinely kind. I cannot say the same about the manager however, who pretends to be nice, which is not a good feeling to deal with for anyone. The rooms are EXTREMELY small, we were staying in a 3 single bed unit and we had to leave after 3 days because it was just too tight. The breakfast is great. it's at a restaurant across the street and they bring fresh food daily.

Staff was great, highly professional nice, polite and supportive. This hotel got two or more buildings, rooms are clean, washroom small but clean. Man building is on the main road and is quite easy approach. But the other building are in the street line 1 minute walk, small street of car is parked that mean difficult to pass by. And there is no lift. Breakfast is amazing. Overall I can come and stay again if I get room in main building. ☺️

The room is pretty small and there isn’t much walking space but that is inevitable. Most of the facilities in the hotel are old probably since the hotel is in an older part of Istanbul. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful whenever we needed anything or something came up. The breakfast was also very nice I would recommend.

Worth Staying
Very good location, not that far from main sightseeings, metro, tram, sea etc. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing tasty breakfast, clean rooms, possibility to use Hamam service right at the hotel. Rooms are not that big, but it doesn't impact overall impression. Will stay there again if i come to Istanbul.

We spent 2 nights at this lovely hotel. There was a mix up at check in, but they made wonderful alternative arrangements at their sister hotel for 1 night. When we returned to the Sultan Suleyman, they gave us a room with a balcony overlooking the sea and a lovely bottle of wine. Staff could not have been more attentive or friendly. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights. The service was fantastic. From the manager to the receptionists to the spa staff as well as the young men that worked there. They were polite and very welcoming and helpful. The room was definitely too narrow ...we had 1 double and single in ours and i definitely feel it was very cramped. Very difficultto unpack our suitcases and no where to store them The room and bathroom was very clean. The spa service was so luxurious...i loved it. The location was not far from the Blue Mosque and Tram stations.(15 mins)..just a bit of up hill walk...great for fitness levels. I definitely would recommend this hotel ...reasonable price with great service.

very convienient for all the main areas to visit. If you need to get out further tranport options close by as well. With breakfast in the restaurant across the street and it's massive makes the start of the day as bood as it can be. Staff are chearful and happy to help, except fixing my window so things were a bit noisy at night, probably could have moved room if i asked but i didn't. I would happily pick the hotel if i go back.
