Super Hotel an toller Lage, nachts leider laut
Wunderbares, sehr grosses, gemütliches Zimmer (Kategorie Medium) in einem tollen Hotel. Besonders gefallen haben uns auch die Lage, das Frühstücks-Angebot und das grosse Fitness-Center. Nachteil: Viele Clubs in der Nähe -> oft sehr laut bis ca. 1:30 Uhr morgens.

Lage in der Altstadt und einem der ältesten Stadtviertel es ist zentral gelegen. Sehr originell eingerichtet und die Hotelgäste erhalten Zugang zu allen Dienstleistungen geschlossen Clubzugang in einer alten Villa. Da es aber eher zum arbeiten gedacht ist war es Nichte geeignet für abschalten. Jedoch der Spa und Fitnessbereich ist sehr grosszügig und bietet ein breites Angebot an. Die Zimmer sind nicht so gut isoliert daher hört man die Geräusche innen & aussen. Schade für diese Preiskategorie.

definitely worth a stay
Soho House was definitely a great experience, rooms were nice, though a bit loud at night. Gym and Wellness area are great. We also loved the bars in the clubhouse

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich herausstechend in all seinen Facetten. Die „Crew“ ist wahnsinnig freundlich, die Zimmer ein Design-Traum, die Lage besser geht nicht. Das Spa ist das BESTE welches ich je besucht habe. Alles in allem wirklich ein Traum!

Nur weil es Soho Haus heißt ist alles erlaubt?
Das Soho Haus hat sich zwar einen Namen gemacht, jedoch nicht in Istanbul. Das Personal war bei jeglicher Fragestellung überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ignoranz und Überheblichkeit wird hier wohl Groß geschrieben. Sehr schade!!! Außerdem ist es für sehr viele, die weder Gäste sind nich member sehr leicht zugänglich, die Sicherheit, die man in vielen anderen Hotels hat, ist hier nicht gegeben. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer Top und alles andere Flop.

The design was unique and excellent. Only a little to unclear about the simple commands to control basic things in the room (light, temperature, shower). Also, an incredible bathroom with a majestic shower, and the door of the shower doesn't close properly? Aiaiaiaaiai ;)

We absolutely loved the hotel. It’s everything we wanted. The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed from plug adapters to fluffy gowns and slippers. The bed is dreamy and we loved the little extras of cookies at turn down! My only slight negative was the TVs. They were temperamental and worked when they wanted! However not an issue as we weren’t in a lot! I had read prior to staying that some previous guests had complained about late night music and hearing door slamming in the corridor….now whilst this did happen, it did not have any impact on our stay! Istanbul is a hustle/bustle type place. Noise is everywhere and I actually found Soho House quite tranquil in comparison! The shower is the best shower you will ever have. Waterfall shower with gorgeous Cowshed products. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough. Recommending restaurants….whatever you want they will do. They truly make the place. I would recommend Soho house in an heartbeat!

The staff is not friendly and not helpful at all, I received the room and some things we’re missing from the complimentary tea and coffee tray. The bed wasn’t arranged properly. i called to reception asking for water and sewing kit and I didn’t receive them. Its beautiful and in a beautiful location but you wont feel like home.

Our 'comfort' room was depressingly dark. At basement level with an outside space covered by a tree. The table and chairs constantly covered in dead leaves. I needed to use my phone torch to find the room in the barely-lit corridor. Even with all the lights on during the day it was dark and miserable. The room was well equipped with toiletries (which they kept telling us we mustn't take) such that there was no room in the shower room to put any of our own products. There is no relaxing space to escape the darkness (like a pool) although the members club next door was a redeeming feature. We had a very nice lunch there. However Cecconi's wine prices are off the scale. The cheapest red is a cheap Pata Negra charged at over ,£50 with their discretionary service charge. We were told it was because of Turkish tax but even the Kempinski charges significantly less for better quality wines. To cap it all when they arranged our taxi they said the driver insisted on a fixed rate rather than meter which turned out to be almost double the 'real fare'. The taxi driver told us the hotel told him to charge a fixed rate!

Dear Shirley, I wish you mentioned the room issue during your stay so we could think of a solution on the spot, I'm sorry for the inconveniences you had. We have standards as Soho for the lightning and it's set to a certain default for setting the mood, also the room lights are arrangeable. As per your request service charge was removed in Cecconis. As to the taxi issue, it's a general problem we have in Istanbul so not to put our guests in distress we only work with certain trustworthy taxis and they demand a fixed price to work on demand 24/7. I hope this shed a light to some of your concerns. All the best.

I stayed 4 nights in soho house I paid more than 2500$ to have good property and to stay in quiet room But it was so terrible the curtain not cover the window very will and I get up every morning too early because of sun light come to room and last night we didn’t sleep because of fire alarm work more than 4 times and my daughter get up afraid .
