Sehr nett und freundlich das Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral man kommt mit Auto mindestens in einer halben stunde überall hin auf der Europa Seite!

Sauberes kleines Hotel, ziemlich zentral. U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe was due Anbindung sehr gut macht. Leider ziemlich kleine Zimmer- hat mich eher an meinen letzten Japanurlaub erinnert. Das Zimmer war eigentlich nur ein Bett. Mehr Platz gab es nicht.

I spent a week at Manna in a small but very well-appointed room. Most importantly, excellent shower and toilet facilities and very comfortable bed. My only problem was that the metal shutters which work electronically were broken, so the front window was obscured. But a minor issue overall.

Lo staff che ha fatto il check in e stato molto gentile , gli arredi sono carini le camere molto piccole soprattutto le basiche neanche da considerare !! La colazione può essere decisamente migliorata è inutile che mettono 40 piatti se poi sono fatti male il cameriere delle colazioni non ha un minimo di accortezza , Il ristorante è buono ma il personale e spento sono sempre a mangiare e li devi chiamare di continuo , penso che il Direttore dovrebbe un attimo rivedere delle cose , però nel complesso si può stare .

My 1st visit out of country. I was nervous as a black female solo traveler. This hotel was Very safe and clean. Bank and currency exchange within a few feet. Staff was nice. Room was very nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Would stay here again. People of Turkey are nice everyone I came in contact with was willing to go above and beyond to help.

Otelin konumu merkezi, receptionda saat 1530 da giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda teyidi için gereksiz bir süre bekletildik, park dedikleri yer otelin önünde ispark ın otele ayırdığı 3 araçlık kaldırım kenarında bir yer, vale yok, tekrar yer bulamama kaygısı ile aracımızı 2 gün boyunca yerinden çıkartamadık, oda çok küçük ( superior oda ) adım atacak yer yok, oda panjurlarının açılabilir olduğunu ayrılıp giderken otele dışarıdan bakınca fark ettik, odaya götüren kişi hiç bir açıklama yapmadı, kahvaltı yeterli ve fiyatı makuldü

Evet malesef lokasyon olarak park yeri problemi Istabul genel problemi. Ama sizin aracınızı kendi yerimizde parkını sağlamış ve muhafaza etmişiz. Superrior odalarımız m2 karelerini internet ortamında paylaşıyoruz.Ufak bulmanız durmunda üst kategori odalarda yardımcı olabilirdik. Breakfast staff was verry uncomfortable, the guy that supervised the breakfast had his eyes on the breakfast buffet every time someone got up to take something. He wasent pleasent and didnt want anyone to eat. The cleaning wasent that great with the toilet flooring, i payed for 3 beds and got one queen and one uncomfortable foldable bed to sleep on. Even the night shift staff was verry rude. The only positive thing that female afternoon staff that greeted and was verry pleasant. Tacilities where soo bad that i didnt even get a extra bed cover
