Hotel and Spa Area is very nice, clean and modern. The service of all employees is perfect. A extraordinary service has be done be the friendly employee responsible for the spa area, Gökberk. The hotel room it self was nice and clean but the bathroom needs some renovation.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Lasagrada. Es ist super sauber das Personal ist kompetent und extrem freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein die nächste Metrostation ist direkt um die Ecke. Klar ist der Preis etwas höher jedoch total angebracht man bekommt was für sein Geld. Man kann das Hallenbad die Dampfgrotte den Hamam und die Sauna im Spa kostenlos nutzen. Und ganz oben im Hotel ist eine Shisha Lounge in der man seinen Abend genießen kann nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Insgesamt ein super tolles Hotel das wir immer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen werden.

Roomservice bei gleichem Menü variierte merklich. Z b Brot was beim ersten mal dabei war musste beim zweitenmal nachgeordert werden. Meine Freunde wurden als sicherheitsrisiko angesehen und durften auch nach Anmeldung und Pass Abgabe nicht mit auf das Zimmer. Hätte ich jedoch dreißig Euro gezahlt dann wären keine sicherheits Bedenken mehr gewesen. Reine abzocke. Deswegen schon nie wieder

Excellent location, extremely clean very nice staff. The hotel is not too big and it’s not too small. It is just the right size and right on the metro station practically on the walking street. We had a bit of a challenge with the beds as they were combining two full beds, as if it was a king, and we complained and they give us a better room. Otherwise excellent!

아무리 출장으로 자주 이용을 해도 특별한 혜택은 따로 없네요. 1년에 4~5번씩 이용을 하지만 호텔스닷컴엔 골드레벨 이상이면 무료 업그레이드 및 무료 조식 서비스가 있다고만 써있지 한번도 받아 본적이 없네요. 얼리체크인이나 레이트 체크아웃도 1~2시간 정도 밖에는 되지 않아 크게 메리트 있어 보이진 않습니다. 이정도 가격이면 바로옆에 새로 지어진 웨스틴이 훨씬 방이 넓고 서비스도 좋아 보이네요. 뭔가 차별화된 서비스가 필요해 보입니다. 가격은 점점 올라가는데, 별다른 특이점 없이는 더이상 한계가 느껴 지네요.

I had a very good stay at the Lasagrada. One of the people working there called Merve was extremely helpful and service oriented and helped with recommendations of what to see and do in Istanbul. Excellent location,comfortable room, great service
Fantastic location, right next to metro, and only 1 stop away from Taksim. Love the hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. Got a small gym and pool, a quick workout to start the day or to wind down is always good to have this option. Also got a spa for more relaxation after a long day which was full of meetings. Ending the trip with a drink at the rooftop bar/restaurant was also a treat before moving on to the next city

NOT a 5 star hotel and NOT recommended!
For a 5 star hotel, everything is disappointing. Bathroom is worn out, the handheld shower head leaks, the pressure and temperature of the water keeps on changing.TV is probably 30 inch! Mattress feels like cheap foam, you’re literally sinked in the mattress as soon as you’re on it! The pillows are so think and big the your neck is at 90 degrees angle , asked for smaller pillows, we were give the same size pillows! Asked for a pair of scissors as I needed to cut a tape, they didn’t have one! Asked for a knife, they couldn’t give one for security reasons even when I said the tape can be cut with their staff member present and they can take the knife back. They charge 400 tl to iron a shirt, and when asked for an iron, we were given a really old iron and flimsy ironing board. Our booking was non refundable , otherwise we’d go to another hotel. This certainly isn’t 5 star VIP hotel.

One of the Best Breakfast Buffets if not the best that I’ve tried in Turkey …. The SPA was great…. I like the OSMANBEY area since I was a kid …. The place was great my wife and kids enjoyed the area and cuisines

Best hotel in Istanbul. Amazing service . Best service level i have ever experienced. Merve and reception staff always very accomodating. Breakfast manager, the 2 x chefs and staff provide the best breakfast. Housekeeping , concierge service all great. I have stayed here 5 times. Location right next to metro station

전체적으로 만족스러웠으나, 도로변과 가까워 소음이 밤새도록 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 지하에 있는 스파이용했으나, 가격이 근처에 있는 다른 스파에 비해 너무나 비싼 편이었습니다. 그외에 직원들의 친절함은 너무나 만족스러웠습니다.
