Lage war Ok. Es gibt kostenlosen Shuttlebus zur Istinye Park. Metro ist paar Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Für einen 5* Hotel haben wir etwas mehr erwartet.Kissen müssen mal ausgetauscht werden(gemüffelt).Bademantel mit Rissen. Für ein Wasser was wo anders für ca.2Lira zu kaufen gibt (minibar war 16 Lira ) Wucher!!Wasser haben wir in Boutique Hotels noch nicht mal 1Stern kostenlos bekommen.Unser Wunsch mit einem schönen Ausblick ist nicht erfüllt worden.

Das folgende ist passiert: ich hatte urspruenglich das hotel mit storno reserviert, dabei habe ich den namen der 2 person dem hotel bekannt gegeben. die 2 person war ca um 5 stunden vor mir im hotel angekommen und von woanders angereist. da in meiner urspruenglichen buchung kein fruehstueck dabei war, hatte ich diese stoniert und eine neue reservation (ca. 5 tage vor ankunft aufgegeben). in dieser 2 reservation war der name der 2. person nicht aufgefuehrt. als diese persopn 5 stunden vor mir im hotel ankam,.weigerte sich das hotel die person in das zimmer einchecken zu lassen. 5 studen lang musste die person daraufhin in der lobby verbringen und auf meine ankunft warten.

Alles war erwartungsgemäß hervorragend. Vor allem möchte ich die Aufmerksamkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals beim Frühstücksbuffet hervorheben. Des weiteren sind die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, der kostenlose Shuttlebus zu İstinye Park und der allzeit vorhandene Zugriff zu all erdenklichen Transportservices organisiert durch die Unterstützung des Personals am Eingang anzumerken.

If I wrote down all of the things this hotel did to me and said to me and treated me would be shocking! I could never ever get over the faceted that the hotel urged with me for a taxi guy! The manger and the bell boy stranded outside telling me I have to pay the taxi when he is the one who made me switch seats and forget my bag and then for me to get it back they wanted me to pay him more than the fair I even drove there in! The police had to get involved and then took my side and made him give me back 30 tl their money when they wanted me to pay him another 150 for him just bringing my bag back aftwe I gave him 110 tl! The tv are all old and have no English speaking channels or you can’t connect to them! There is no restaurants by this hotel so you are forced to eat at their expensive restaurant at the hotel! They want to charge 200 tl for the caps that they make you wear in the pool?!?! And they are not at all helpful or clean when it comes up to getting more towels. It’s like I had to call them 5 times before they brought even one up and they had a bad attitude when they did! Also the bell boy is very unsafe and gave me the creep vibes

Unfortunately, as far as I understand ;you were unhappy that you forgot your bag in the taxi you took on the way to our hotel, and that the taxi driver, whose license plate number we have determined from our cameras and was reached in order to help you completely in a good deed and later on when he came back to our hotel to deliver your bag to you,I believe that you have found that taximeter fee unacceptable . But unfortunately, this is a subject that has nothing to do with our hotel and we have no say in it. Nevertheless, we are glad that you found your bag. In addition, we have a total of 12 English channels in order to provide you with the best service. We would like to apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay and that you experienced any inconveniences or delays in our services.We truly hope to welcome you again and provide you with better services to make you comfortable.Kindest regards,
