Worst Guest relations management I have ever seen. Please be aware of the staff. We have been clearly stolen in the hotel by the stuff.
Before we have been leaving the room, my wife saw that the airpods from my son were on the table. She asked to put it into bag which we have seen all has been done. As we were back in the afternoon, we discovered that it was in the bag anymore. So for us we had 100% clearity it has been stolen from the bag. The answer from guest relations manager Esra was that the staff is working with for many years (3y) and they could not see anything in the camera outside when the staff was leaving the room having something in the hand. So they are sad but there is nothing they can do for us! So how do you feel in a hotel, when you so you and your belongings are not save.
The only positive topics were the service at breakfast very quick and friendly and the parking place. But be aware there as well, the staff has a break area at the parking place as they were using the cars their as tables putting their tea, e.g.
We gave been staying in almost all hilton group hotels in Istanbul, but never again in this one.
