Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel. Zimmer (Dreibettzimmer) sehr hell durch große Fenster, abends könnte es mehr Licht haben. Kleine Wasserflaschen, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer kostenlos, werden täglich aufgefüllt. Freundliches Personal, kostenpflichtiger Shuttle vom Flughafen hat gut geklappt. Etwas lange Wartezeit, jedoch nicht Verschulden vom Hotel. Frühstück haben wir vor Ort nach Bedarf dazu gebucht. Preis für mich angemessen, nicht jedoch für das Kind, hier wird der volle Preis verlangt. Bei Buchung über Expedia wäre das Frühstück etwas günstiger gewesen, wir schsuen es uns jedoch gerne zuerst vor Ort an. Kaffee aus Vollautomat schmeckt leider wässrig. Frühstück wird im Restaurant im 5. Stock eingenommen. Super Ausblick. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Fuß zu erreichen. Das Viertel um das Hotel ist etwas laut und nicht ganz sauber, wofür das Hotel nichts kann. Lage dafür super für Istanbulerkundung zu Fuß.

Wir nehmen Ihre Anmerkung bezüglich der abendlichen Beleuchtung im Zimmer zur Kenntnis und werden überlegen, wie wir dies verbessern können.Es ist schön zu hören, dass Sie die täglichen Auffüllungen der Wasserflaschen sowie Kaffee und Tee genossen haben und dass unser freundliches Personal und der Flughafen-Shuttle-Service zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit waren, auch wenn es zu längeren Wartezeiten kam, die nicht in unserer Verantwortung lagen.Wir bedauern, dass der Preis für das Frühstück für Ihr Kind nicht angemessen erschien. Wir werden dies intern besprechen und prüfen, wie wir dies in Zukunft besser handhaben können. Die Buchung erfolgte ausschließlich aus unserer Seite weil das Hotel SPA Bereich anbietet, leider könnten wir dieser Bereich nicht benutzten, der Ganzen Urlaub war versaut. Der Personal haben uns ständig leeren Versprechungen gemacht was nicht eingehalten wurden, es war eine schreckliche Erfahrung für die ganze Familie. Ein Stern ist zuviel für das Hotel.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage des Hotels sehr versteckt, in keiner schönen Gegend mit vielen Bauruinen und für Autos schwer zugänglich. Das Restaurant hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Bosphorus, ist aber ansonsten geschmacklos gestaltet und die Qualität des Essens garnicht ansprechend. Das Schwimmbad ist recht schön, es riecht jedoch leider unangenehm nach Abwässern.

Great boutique hotel off the beaten path. Renovated, with an excellent spa and solid restaurant/breakfast. Location isnt great but short walk to all Sultan Ahmet has to offer. Even upgraded rooms are pretty tight.

The location is in the 'garment district' which really means 'women's underwear district'. The shops in the immediate proximity of the hotel are only open during the day and not anything you'd shop at. But it's only 2 blocks from the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market and a few blocks from Sultanahmet so it's a great place to base your day activities and still let you return to get some rest or drop off your purchases. The breakfast is possibly the best I've ever experienced. They have American, European and truly Turkish breakfast options. (American = eggs and sausage and pastries, European = cold cuts and yogurt and pastry, Turkish = olives, vegetables, fruit, cheese and bread). It's an amazing experience and the restaurant has a panoramic view of the north shore of the golden horn and with views of Suleymaniye mosque and Hagia Sophia. Quite a way to start the day! Rooms are clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel was willing to extend my original 3 night stay by and extra night at a discount and keep me in the same room. Location is great as it is walking distance to many restaurants and the major attractions such as Topkapi Palace, etc. The staff could do a little better with grasp of some english. My housekeeper was excellent. Breakfast options are okay.

Service impeccable Personnel très attentionné agréable tout en restant discret L’hôtel est proche de toute commodité Toutefois l’emplacement n’est pas terrible quartier affreux et les chambres vue sur immeubles délabrés enfin une des deux qu’on avait Le SPA pas trop apprécié car la chaleur est largement en dessous à ce qu’on s’y attend on n’y transpire pas alors que c’est le but Le hamam n’était pas disponible L’eau de la piscine fraîche et le jaccuzi ma dernière journée n’était pas fonctionnel.

Don't book for your family!!!
There is a club right beside this hotel - they play music until 2am!!! We booked it as it said good for families but we had to drown that music out to go to bed. If we knew this we would have picked a different hotel.

The staff was so great. Showed us clearly which streets to turn on and to take a short cut to bazaar. Also, when there was a traffic jam. A staff member walked us down to the Main Street with our luggage so we didn’t have to wait an additional twenty minutes for a taxi. Went beyond for us.

Nice Hotel with great view near key sites.

The rooftop at Demiray has the most sensational view! I sat up there and watched the sunset every evening. The staff were lovely and friendly. The balcony was more a window - not one you could walk out on.

Zeer goed ontvangen. Vriendelijk personeel. Nette kamers met propere badkamers. Wij hadden een familiekamer met een deur tussen de kinderkamer. Hoofdkamer en kinderkamer hadden beide een aparte douche. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en lekker. Het panoramische uitzicht was prachtig en zeker een aanrader overdag en 's nachts. Het hotel is goed gelegen, niet ver van Sirkeci metrostation.
